The experience i had has been great and payment is always on time as promised! The only thing is they should have more brief and give a minimum no of brief to a particular person instead of random selection

I was able to complete a brief in my spare time and earn some extra money as a student. :)

Soy de España y he participado en la mayoría de brief, son fáciles de completar y solo tienes que escribir, solo en una ocasión se tenía que grabar un video expresando tu opinión. Pagan en la fecha que dicen y el dinero llega rápido a la cuenta bancaria. Es seguro y fiable, una manera rápida y sencilla de ganar un poco de dinero extra par tus caprichos. Eso si, el dinero te lo pasan a través de Wise y aunque la actividad te diga que pagan por ejemplo 25 Libras Esterlinas ellos siempre te lo pasan en euros para que así te ahorres el cambio de moneda, y te dan la cantidad exacta no se quedan con nada.

Better than I expected

It’s simple so easy to complete briefs

The system with which they choose who gets to fill out a brief is so flawed, some get picked every brief and some have never gotten picked. If you don’t complete a brief they lock your account for a month, even if the bloody website itself tells you that you cant complete the brief because too many people already have (submission limit reached) which is absolutely brilliant! And then they tell you that you should have declined the brief only after the fact. If you’re one of the lucky few who earns through this company then congrats, but for the other thousands of people it’s just so freaking terrible x

Hi, i posted a review here earlier abt my first experience wit the company where i had some issues wit the payment and accused the company of being a scam , well , it's actually not their fault i did recieved an email from wise unfourtantly i didn't see it at that time , and apparently i have issues wit my bank account , so i would like to publicly apologize to Imagen insights and thank them for the opportunity to be able to help others and get paid for it , looking forward for more briefs

Super nice way to make some extra bucks and I think it can be very useful for brands since the surveys are very thorough and they ask a lot of in-depth questions.

A great platform, for getting real Information of Gen Z. Thats how we can find and develop new marketing strategies and develop the business.

A Great company that wants to make change in the world.

I have completed three briefs with them and all went smoothly each time. I was paid promptly and communication about this was great. I also was able to provide detailed feedback for various brands which I felt would be useful.

Overall, Imagen Insights is a great idea. I commend the founders for making it a reality, however, there are some issues and I cannot stay a member of the community for these reasons.
Briefs are never certain, I understand that there is a period of waiting for the greenlight from other companies before briefs are released to the community, but it would be helpful to only announce briefs are coming when you can have specific dates, so people aren't left hanging.
I think the biggest issue with Imagen Insights is one of their team members, Raheem. Raheem has been seen as very passive aggressive towards members; I saw in the server yesterday that he had "barred" people from the majority of the server because they were asking when briefs would be available - this came across as extremely rude, unnecessary and in my opinion, completely improper. There was also a time where Raheem had posted a "suicide note" on Suicide Prevention Day, then said it was an "experiment" and got upset when people told him that it was wrong. To do such a thing, which is effectively mocking victims of suicide, is absolutely disgusting and I have not seen this incident addressed by any members of the team. There have been occasions where people have left because he makes the team look so disreputable and almost like a joke. Having such a person in a high role of the company is dangerous, and gives the company a terrible look. He should not be a part of the team.

On the bright side, like I said it is a fantastic idea and I also commend you for fixing the "race" issue when it came to briefs.
