First and last time buyer: Terrible sizing and a hostile return policy
Be very cautious before ordering from I Love Ugly, especially if you are a first-time buyer.
After seeing their ads everywhere during a recent storewide sale, I decided to place an order for two tops and a pair of pants. Delivery took longer than expected, but the real issue started once the clothes arrived. The quality felt cheap (comparable to fast-fashion sites like Temu), and the sizing was completely inconsistent. The tops were massive, and the pants were tiny. The pants only offered generic S/M/L/XL options instead of standard waist measurements in inches, so I ordered a small based on being a standard 30-inch waist.
When I reached out to exchange for sizes that actually fit, I was told they have a strict zero-returns, zero-exchanges, and zero-store-credit policy on all sale items. Running a sitewide sale where literally everything is final sale makes it impossible for new customers to get sizing right. To make matters worse, their regular return policy on full-price items requires the customer to cover shipping plus a $15 USD processing fee.
Customer support was just as bad. First, I received automated out-of-office bot replies. When I followed up politely, I was sent an unhelpful, aggressive template filled with bold and underlined text that completely ignored what I wrote.
They managed to win me over with heavy advertising, but they lost a customer for good with poor quality, rigid policies, and awful service. Save your money.
