I recently purchased an item from here online. They used Evri to deliver and the driver left my package on display and not somewhere safe or with a neighbour. When I got home later that day, the package was gone. I contacted them immediately and asked for a refund. I kept receiving the same response from their customer service team saying to give them 2 days to find out what’s happened and they will be back in touch. Each time I received no further reply and had to chase to be told the same thing again. After almost a month they said I had not replied to their email requesting information and refused my refund request. I asked for proof of this email I allegedly did not respond to as I had sent them emails every 48 hours and was not given one. I placed a data subject access request and asked to raise a complaint and both were ignored. I advised they were breaching UK consumer laws and their response was for me to contact Evri myself with a reference number. I did and Evri said they had nothing under the reference number provided. This is now taken well over a month and they have illegally withheld my money. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will be raising a complaint with the ICO about not following GDPR guidelines and reporting them to trading standards as it is the seller’s responsibility to ensure the goods reach a consumer and they should not be making a refund request difficult for anyone.

The customer service was first class. I've used this firm many times through Amazon and Shien but I will go through their site direct from now on. They are based in the UK. They answered the phone straight away and I spoke with a lovely lady called Melanie, who sorted out my order size problem. I received the new size the next day. Fantastic.

I ordered a brown and white stripped pair of tights for a costume for an oompah loompah , I ordered XL as it said it covers size 14-20, i am a size 16 and i couldn't even pull them over my thighs, .so I can not now wear the costume as it is for 6TH March 2025.

I bought some items from ILFD and had an issue with them. Emailed the company and almost immediately received a reply giving me options to help sort things out. Issy was/is great! Helpful, efficient and polite. Give that lady a raise! Thank you Issy.

Purchased a pilot costume for husband stag do, from Ebay.. we hunted all over for one in his size,tried other well known suppliers not one in his size in anything! So when I came across this one on ebay , they had a few in his size, ot was so cheap, I thought it would arrive and look nothing like the pictures because it was so cheap. But when it arrived, it was a great thick quality material, looked just like the pictures, a great fit. The seller sent it out so fast I received it the next working day, the communication was fantastic, the whole process was smooth and the outfit couldn't be better 10/10 thank you so much, highly recommend

I had returned an item and left part of it at home. I called them and they were so kind and told me to keep it so that it shouldn't cost me more to ship it back.
There was also excellent customer service and friendly people to talk to when I had a query.

What can I say, excellent service. They sent me an XL as they did not have L in the colour shirt that I wanted. This was too big for me so I called the help number and spoke to Melanie. She searched the system and found me an alternative which was sent to me the next day without any quibble.
I would definitely use them again
