The quality of the apparel is shockingly bad. Bought 5 sweatshirts online, and I only wear them at home. I'm down to 2 now due to wear and tear. Once I tried to pull the sweatshirt on, my thumb pushed the bottom of the sweatshirt, and my thumb went through. I tried at a different spot; it went through again. I had to throw it away. The other sweatshirts didn't last long either. The quality is so comically bad I can only laugh. Honestly, I won't even bother asking for a refund or replacement. They are for the burn pit.

Lengthy delays for any customer service response. Have to email repeatedly to get a reply. Waited a week on a simple query about sizing with the query sent on multiple platforms. Ordered a size based on the measurements provided but the measurements of the actual shorts were more than 2cm different for width and length. Trying to get a return organised for 2 weeks now with no joy.

I'm not a hater, Ilabb is a decent clothing brand I did like some of their products but I wish their customer service could be good as their products. I have been purchasing Ilabb products for months and on my last purchase they could not deliver the ordered items for two weeks and then when I inquire about my order I received reply that their team is busy I have to wait 5 - 7 working days to get a response LOL. It's a joke to think that they can not get their orders dispatched for two weeks. Considering NZ economic situation, I thought it would be good to spend money in NZ business but I guess I'm wrong back to Gymshark, TWL etc. Hope they will get their act together soon but I won't be purchasing from Ilabb going forward.

Ilabb had an online sale 09/12 that stated Today Only! Free shipping across NZ. My husband wanted their shorts for Xmas which were 2 for $80, you also got a discount code emailed for $20 off for signing up which made it an awesome deal. Only to find shipping wasn’t available for Auckland, Select another address. I emailed and asked why, that it was contradictory to free shipping across NZ. Customer Support replied and wanted to know what I was ordering so I sent back an email with a pic of the shorts and the deal. I then get an email back with; They are aware that there is an issue with the website, working hard to fix it. Sorry for the inconvenience. I replied with not good enough! That I now have to tell hubby I can’t get them for Xmas, that I will be unsubscribing and will never buy from Ilabb EVER, and that I would give them a bad review on Trust Pilot. I got an email back straight away saying Merry Christmas!
