Quick and easy
Quick and easy. Easy to book, easy to get hold of and helpful when I had questions.
There was a mistake on my paperwork when it arrived - they fixed it easily and quickly, and I couldn't have asked for better, but it was a bit inconvenient.
They are well-priced in the market (although the market cost for the service I received is ridiculous!)

Thank you for your feedback.
We’re sorry that the documentation sent after your ILA appointment contained an administrative error. You were right to expect the documents to be checked and issued correctly the first time, and we appreciate that having to chase and resend paperwork caused avoidable inconvenience.
ILA-Connect is designed to make the ILA process as quick, smooth and hassle-free as possible, so the post-appointment administration here fell below the standard we aim for. We have raised this with the relevant panel solicitor team so that the final document checks can be tightened and the risk of this happening again is reduced.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we wish you well with getting your transaction concluded.
Independent Legal Advice at a good price
I used ILA Connect to get search for independent advice on a Buy-To-Let purchase, the process was very quick, easy and a good price. While I disagree ILA should be required (and should have an opt-out option), they make it as painless as they can.
