Posto magnifico, curato nei minimi dettagli. La grotta è molto accogliente, si affaccia su una spiaggia quasi del tutto privato. Ingrid e Jonathan sono stati invece molto gentili e attenti a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza. Consigliatissimo!

Meilleur expérience sur cette îles, le logement est incroyable et une vue imprenable sur l'océan et un accueil des plus chaleureux.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit - die Ausstattung ist schlicht, aber man hat alles, was man braucht!

This was me and my partners favorite stay while we were exploring Tenerife. Its private, peaceful, and very unique! Also the hosts were very friendly and helpful providing tips for local spots for food and sightseeing.

Jonathan and Ingrid have created a beautiful, romantic and peaceful space in this wonderful cave where you can get away from every day life and enjoy looking at the stars and fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks. Although you are in a cave you have everything you need for a wonderful stay. The hard work and thought they have put into making their place so beautiful really shows. We definitely want to return to this special, tranquil place.

Jonathan en Ingrid hebben echt een mini paradijs gemaakt, heel goed verzorgd en heel veel aandacht voor details. Daarnaast zijn het hele vriendelijke mensen. Helaas verbleven we maar één nacht, je moet hier écht wat langer blijven! Het uitzicht, de rust, de zee en het nagenoeg privestrand waar je naar toe kunt klauteren maakt het echt een perfecte plek voor een romantisch samenzijn. We sluiten ons aan bij de andere reviews, het is echt perfect verzorgd. Zonder stroom is geen probleem, er zijn genoeg lampen die het doen en oplaadmogelijkheden voor je telefoon was met hun powerbank(s) ook geen probleem. De generator hebben wij niet gebruikt maar die is er zelfs ook nog.

You know how you sometimes have an idea of a place you want to experience by the sea—in front of the water, endless waves, private, off-grid with ample amenities, the sky blanketed by stars at night, comfortable beds, a home that feels cut out from a dream—this is that place. The partnership of Ingrid’s interior designing skills and Jonathan’s construction experience really shows in the work they’ve done in the cave. They have anticipated what a guest could possibly need, with labels and alignment which we appreciate so much. This is the beauty of what Airbnb has to offer, a vacation that caters to your ideals, the little details provided not by corporations but by hosts who mean well. I’ve always been on the lookout for the best accommodations and for my birthday, my husband and I are lucky to have been welcomed here. Value for money is definitely at play. It is not only a one-of-a-kind experience to stay in a cave, but to have the comforts provided to us is a little extra love.

Es war eine unvergessliche Erfahrung, in der Höhle zu übernachten. Sie liegt privat am eigenen Strand mit feinem Kiesel, der uns nicht gestört hat. Der Sonnenaufgang ist atemberaubend, und man hört rund um die Uhr das beruhigende Rauschen der Wellen – pure Nähe zur Natur.
In der Höhle findet man alles Nötige: Oliven- und Sonnenblumenöl zum Kochen, Kaffee, Tee, Brettspiele und Schnorchelausrüstung. 🤿 Besonders schön war es, die bunten Fische im türkisfarbenen Wasser zu beobachten. Die Einrichtung ist super geschmackvoll, romantisch und einladend.
Ingrid und Jonathan sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Sie geben tolle Tipps zur Insel (Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Tankstellen u. Ä.). Sie sind stets erreichbar und kümmern sich rundum um die Gäste – als wir den Wassertank geleert hatten, haben sie blitzschnell nachgefüllt.
Wir haben 2 Tage dort verbracht und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

I'm not even sure where to begin, as words can't describe how amazing this place is. This was by far the highlight of our two week road trip in Tenerife. We spent the last 4 nights of our holiday at Ingrid's and Jonathan's cave. Things that stood out and made it so special is firstly, the sounds of the sea. It's so loud, but in a very positive way. The way the bay is formed creates unbelievable acoustics, especially when bigger waves hit the rocks. This was such a unique experience for us, being part of it and basically living on the beach.
Listening to and watching the sea was so addictive and relaxing at the same time, we didn't feel like going anywhere else. Great snorkeling too. which we managed to do on a calmer day.
The cave itself is an amazing piece of art. You can just notice immediately how much hard work and planning was put into it. It's spotlessly clean with lots of nice touches. Jonathan and Ingrid are such lovely people and amazing hosts. We hope to return one day.

Ingrid & Jonathan sind richtige Herzensmenschen - wir haben uns so willkommen und umsorgt gefühlt. Unseren 10. Hochzeitstag hätten wir nicht schöner verbringen können - mit Blick in die wunderschön wilde Bucht, ein Glas Vino und Tapas. Danke, dass ihr diesen einmaligen Ort mit uns geteilt habt und für eure Herzlichkeit!

We stayed at the cave in July 2025 and this place place was stunning! The experience to actually live in a cave dug in a mountain literally in front of the sea is indescribable... you must try it! Johnathan and Ingrid are incredible hosts ... so kind and helpful! One of the best places we've ever stayed at!
