Good products, but bad customer experience.
Igus makes good products, but my order-exchange- customer interaction was quite bad. Their online ordering system is ancient - no real time stock ("their ships in 24h" is fake), no order status, no shipment info. I placed an order and nothing happened, turned out that some items from the order were out of stock, but they never even sent an e-mail they were just silently waiting till an item become available. I had to call in a week to find out what is happening with "24-48 hours" shipment.
Getting RMA for return is simple, but once they got my package there was silence again - had to call couple of times, finally they said "credit will be issued". I naively thought it'll go back to my CC. In 2 weeks nothing happened. Had to call and was told I have to provide CC number! Another week nothing happened - had to contact them again and then finally I saw incoming credit for them, but wrong amount...
