Really disappointing
We placed an order in January this year. Not long after we were told that there was going to be a delay and the stock would be arriving in May. This then was pushed back to mid-June and we were promised that delivery would be the end of June. I emailed at the beginning of July to say that we had not yet received the order to be told that it was now pushed back to October. I understand that products are often shipped from abroad, however to have our order pushed back three times is unacceptable. We have now cancelled the order.

Hello Hero
Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the repeated delays with your order, this is not how we usually do business at IGO. The delays were due to unforeseen supply chain issues, which we have been working to resolve.
We appreciate your feedback and are committed to ensuring a better experience in the future.

Michaela, great patience to guide me through the purchase of keyrings on behalf of a senior group as a memento, only reason it was 4stars was the boxes were not as requested in advert, they had recently been changed from black to brown and company were unaware until I notified them.
