Poor customer service
Poor customer service, items not fit for requirements. Unable to send back, which was not reiterated on the original phone conversation.
Recommend using another promotional company in the future, that'll provide you with a better service.

All very easy to sort logo'd products
All very easy to sort logo'd products, but a shame the pricing was quite unclear from telephone conversation. I was quoted £134 but final invoice was £158 by the time set-up cost were duplicated for 2 side and delivery costs added. I wouldn't have ordered at £158!!!

Vastaus yritykseltä IGO Promo
Hi Rajen,
We are very sorry that your order process did not live up to your expectations.
Reviewing the order journey we simply have to conclude that we did not succeed in delivering our normally high standard service.
We are happy to have found a solution with you, and hope that you will give us the chance to prove that this order was an exception compared to your history with us.
Best regards,
IGO Promo team
A bit of a mixed review.
A bit of a mixed review.
The price was as negotiated and agreed.
Half the order was received ok, but had to chase the other half by both phone and emails, and by the time the order was received it was after the event that the pens were needed for!
