First Class Customer Service
I placed an order for a lawn mower online over the bank holiday weekend, but unfortunately realised shortly afterwards that I had made a mistake with the order. I contacted customer service, and although the office was closed for the holiday, they got back to me within 24 hours once they reopened.
The support I received was excellent. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue—cancelling my original order, issuing a refund, and helping me place a new order over the phone without any hassle.
Warren, who assisted me, was extremely helpful, patient, and efficient throughout the process. I really appreciated the great customer service.

Outside now and not open. I know it’s a Saturday morning but I tried calling and checking on their website and couldn’t get any clarification. I’m not the only person sitting here waiting there has been at least 6 other people who have been waiting. So I went ahead and ordered what I wanted online. It arrived yesterday (. 3 working days) . Was I glad I did as this work bench was 65kg in weight. I would have never been able to get it off my Van. The guy who delivered it was a great help. It was also a great price and much cheaper than any other supplier. Thanks all

We appreciate your frustration at finding our premises closed; however, our opening hours over the Bank Holiday weekend were clearly communicated in advance. The store was closed from Saturday through Monday and reopened on Tuesday, as stated on our website, social media channels, and our Google business listing, where “special hours” confirmed closure on Saturday, 2 May.
We take care to ensure that all information provided to customers is accurate and consistent across our platforms. On this basis, we cannot accept responsibility for customers attending during a period when the business was clearly advertised as closed.
We also take great pride in our customer feedback, and it is disappointing to receive a low rating in circumstances where the correct information was available.
Should you wish to visit or arrange a purchase during our normal opening hours, we would be happy to assist.
