They eventually arrived safe and sound.
Consequently I retract my SCAM statement.

I would. Ordered their number wheels train, Item not as described (misleading size): The product shown in the listing appears significantly larger. The actual item received is much smaller. Poor quality / not as advertised: The wheels are made of flimsy plastic and do not roll properly, unlike what is shown in the product listing.Defective condition: The magnets are visibly rusted upon arrival (sent them a close-up photo), indicating poor quality and unsafe condition for a children’s toy.
Does not function as intended: The magnetic connections are too weak to hold the cars together. The train disconnects immediately when pulled and cannot be used as advertised.
Unusable product: Due to the item defects, the it cannot perform its basic function and is not suitable for its intended use.i asked for a full refund, I sent videos and photos as evidence and refused to provide a refund, they stopped responding. Horrible customer service and support.
I recently bought a magnetic train set with numbers on the train carriages....the video appeared to show the carriages were a lot bigger than they arrived...they are extremely small and the product is a rip off...no wonder their reviews are so poor.Do not waste your money.
Ordered 2 weeks ago order was still just confirmed. Emails got a standard reply.
Emailed twice more same thing. Finally asked for my order to be cancelled and a refund. Order has been cancelled no refund yet.

Have a sinking feeling this is a scam site. Nearly a month on and no delivery. They've now said it will be another two weeks but I don't trust them at all. I'll update if the item ever arrives.
Product in damaged packaging, and doesn't work. Looks like it was picked up for £1 at a carboot sale. Shame, I was really excited to give it to my 6 month old.

I ordered an item and took pictures just to make sure I was getting what I ordered. Thank heavens I did that. What they sent was not even close. I contacted them and they only offered me a discount. They are a completely fraudulent company who won’t back there product. I only asked that they send me what I ordered. I also offered to send the items back.
Their customer service is amazing. 5* doesn’t do them justice. I would give them 10/10. Their products are of good quality too. I would highly recommend them.
