They always package products so well so nothing will break! On the off chance my product was defective they help you reach out to the vendor so the shade can be replaced. Great customer service and they can also offer to hold your package so you can pay for shipping later to save on shipping if you’re like me and want to save that way.

I'm always scared to buy from smaller/lesser known online stores but I had a great experience with I feel beautiful!! Not having to pay an arm and a leg for shipping was such a relief and I received my order in less than 3 days (I live in Alberta). I Feel Beautiful provides products that are otherwise inaccessible in Canada and I don't have to worry about unknown taxes, duties, or tariffs. The packaging is incredible and I don't have to worry about shattered pressed powders or damaged products, despite the distance my order has to travel. I have placed a number of orders and will continue to place more!
