I was in a bad place. Through an accident I was out of work and my bills were racking up and I was really worried and depressed about the situation. I signed up for help and Sanaz helped me talk about my anxiety and depression and made me realise that I could help myself and gave me the tools to do just that. I am still waiting for my operation but my mood has improved no end. Thank you

I would like to say this is the best therapy treatment i have received. I had a very positive experience with them, I felt listened to, never judged and things that I struggled with i felt i was given time to get through the difficult parts. I have learnt so much from working with the Counsellor i was given and I feel confident to get my life back and be able manage challenging situations. The changes you can make with their support does make a difference.

Therapist wasn't interested in my specific problem, so didn't tailor the CBT to meet my needs; he just gave me basic GAD stuff. All I got out of it was to realise that anxiety was not my symptom.
Depends who you get as therapist, I had CBT with ieso before and it was exceptional, its just the luck of the draw...

I thought anxiety was me just be dramatic but when depression kicked in I felt worthless and scared. I found ieso through work and got chatting to an online therapist. She wasamazing. The sessions are done through typed messages one to one and I found it very calming. I wasn't afraid to speak my mind and the therapist that helped me, helped me uncover all my ticks that cause my anxiety and she helped me understand my anxiety and learn how to cope. I absolutely recommend ieso to anyone that needs to talk to someone.

Make sure you read the fine print. From the moment you enter information into any of their forms they own your data, whether they are able to help you or not.

I emailed to ask if they were able to help and was told to fill in forms. When I realised the service was not for me I asked for my information to be deleted but I was told that was not possible and was given a telephone number to call. I was asked if I would like to discuss it further, I advised that I did, but I am yet to receive a response. I was told that it was a legal requirement by the NHS to hold my data. They said that it would be necessary for complaints, which I didnt understand as I wasn't going to be using their service.

I contacted the telephone number they gave me for ICO who are nothing to do with iseo and we're only able to advise me to check the privacy policy. There is nothing in the privacy policy to suggest it is a legal requirement, unless a guideline and a legal requirement are the same thing, which they are not. There is information regarding the use of patient data for marketing purposes. So it would appear that, whether they are able to help or not, they will still benefit. From my experience, they are not very helpful. I also emailed the address in the privacy section and received no response from them either.

If your like myself and you find it difficult to trust people and open up, I would suggest you familiarise yourself with the privacy section BEFORE you enter any information on their site. My experience with iseo has deffintely prevented me from seeking help in future.

Very helpful just what I needed when I needed it. Professional and none judging would use again

It was the best thing I’ve done! Wasn’t sure at first if it would work for me but I waist I had done it years ago! They have set me on my way to a happier place. The tools they gave me have been great. I’m thankful for the service and wouldn’t hesitate to go back if needed again.

ieso Therapy counselling helped me in more ways than one to deal with my anxiety issues. I was a nervous wreck when I started but over time I became calmer and regained my confidence again and it's all thanks to ieso and the kind/caring Therapist I spoke to via text. I immediately felt at ease and that's the main thing I wanted which helped me to work on me and put into practice the suggestions in order to start enjoying my life again. Hand on heart I totally feel like a new person and I'm determined to keep applying all the points I've learned in order to keep emotionally well. I would encourage anyone who is skeptical to give it a go you and see the difference it can make.

I entered this program of therapy with some scepticism. How could typing back and forth with somebody I could not even see, make a difference to how I was feeling?
But over 6 sessions, my thinking and behaviours were challenged and I was encouraged to think deeply. It felt as if my mind had been stirred up and many ideas and inspirations bubbled to the top. Somehow, I just started looking at things differently and my wife said I was like a different person. I stopped becoming irritated at minor issues.
Nothing seemed to be happening for the first three sessions and I wondered where it was all heading, so for anybody who is thinking of embarking on this treatment, I would advise to give it a proper go.
This would not be for everyone - talking via a keyboard needs certain typing skills, but it was perfect for me.
The whole system was very professional and well managed. I was reminded of upcoming appointments and the interface is very easy to use.

My first timewas not what I wanted to do,but the lady was amazing made me feel that I was not alone and I can't help the way I feel,she was understanding,good advise not patronising,kind,its worth trying.

Easy to book and the Therapist that I was assigned was amazing and genuinely felt they cared about my well being. Couldn't recommend more.

So whilst it was a very short therapy session and I was referred to another service; this kind of therapy may be just what some people need. My therapist was empathetic but my needs were quite complex.

I have had the pleasure of receiving support via a regular chat service online. It was efficient, comfortable and I never felt under pressure because nobody was watching me and monitoring my every move. My therapist was absolutely excellent. She was genuinely concerned about the serious problems and my mental ill health and I could not have gotten through a horrible court case without her sound advice. I highly recomment this service.

All the therapists were really kind and easy to talk to. I felt like I could connect with them which is important in therapy.

My therapist is a professional. Dr. Melissa, her expertise gave me a new perspective on spiritual awareness that completely changed my perception. A memory, a dream, or even other people's feelings will affect my body's real senses, and even produce some symptoms: suffocation, chills, and retching. I couldn't accept this for a while. I originally thought I could get rid of all this suffering through physical surgery or medication. But if you have a mental problem, in my country you will be sent to a mental hospital to spend the rest of your life. I was afraid to tell my wife that I was mentally ill and that might be the end of my family. I need to face this evil spirit alone. Dr Melissa taught me the "rope" theory and it works. In addition to real pain, emotional bonds, scenery, music, etc., try to come out of the suffocation state.
Dr Melissa is patient, professional and helpful. She made me feel like I wasn't fighting alone. Our communication was stopped。Sometimes parting makes people sad, she is the one who shines, and I am grateful for her light。while waiting for secondary care my GP gave me antidepressants prescription and ordered a blood test, I would rather believe it was all due to my blood being low in vitaminD, I could do this by eating a lot Vitamin D, more sunshine, I can end my suffering.

Very professional and friendly easy to talk to

I was desperate for help I had really bad anxiety n depression, the online therapist I had was really helpfull for me and patient as I was struggling to cope. She taught me things wich was very helpful and easy to do. I can now look back on our sessions and together as a reminder of how I was to how iam coping now. And it's private and well structured, I would definitely recommend. And I can refur my self back iff I need to again. Try it it helped me x
