I ordered an item but was sent the wrong item. The sales team refused to acknowledge the mistake even though I had proof of my original order. Even though it was their mistake they wanted me to send back the item and pay for tracking from Ireland to China which would be as expensive as the item itself. I would have agreed to post it back at ordinary cost (at my own expense) if they would agree to send the correct item first but they would not do this. I sumitted proof of my order and all the emails but they cut off communication

Avoid this scam. Waited weeks for a laptop battery. Lots of excuses and useless info via Dutch post service. Asked for a refund which wasn't forthcoming then cancelled credit card after which they said they would refund if I retracted the card cancellation. Just avoid.

Bad experience- thought I was buying an original item- charger arrived and not original so did not work with laptop.Back and forth with emails to get refund to no avail despite doing their checks and sending pics. Total waste of time and mis-advertising -will put it down to experience but wish I had read reviews here first before ordering!!!

Took my money last year. Failed to deliver goods.

I ordered a replacement charger for my laptop. It was dispatched and I received confirmation that it was delivered by the courier while I was on holiday. As it turns out it wasn’t. I lodged several enquiries with the courier and iebatteriesdepot. I ended up taking time off work to go to the courier companies depot (another company with exceedingly poor reviews) and it transpired that the item was delivered to a completely different location in Cork city. I was given the drivers number and basically he said he couldn’t remember where he delivered it and didn’t know what to do. So I contacted iebatteries depot again asking that they either send me out a replacement or refund me and nothing has ever come of it. Basically I’m just out of pocket and wasted a lot of my time. Not impressed at all

Scam broke my laptop with a faulty charger, still following up with them now and they have multiple fake people writing emails.

Spediscono dalla Cina con tempi biblici (20 giorni) ed eludono la tassazione doganale dichiarando il valore della merce pari ad 1€.
Non permettono di lasciare feedback negativi sul loro sito.
Ho pagato attraverso paypal pensando di essere tutelato ma paypal ha si bloccato il pagamento ma non mi rimborsa ancorchè il prodotto ricevuto sia un palese falso, ho dovuto rispedire il prodotto in Cina a mie spese e il venditore mi ha intimato di dichiarare un valore della merce pari a 1€ in caso contrario non ritirerà il pacco e non rimborserà i 59,77€ da me pagati. Ho rispedito il prodotto contraffato dichiarando il valore reale da me pagato 59,77€, vedremo se paypal mi tutelerà.
Mi spiace constatare che paypal ad oggi non ha ancora depennato iebatteriesdepot dai propri venditori pur avendo constatato che si tratta di truffatori.

I bought two products but never arrived. They sent me a picture which shows that product was delivered but totally fake!I asked the courier and it said that they never received that package!
They shipped the product from China!

shipping times stated on website say 5-10 business days but when I get the email to confirm it states 15-20 business day. I'm still waiting on item to arrive. I wouldn't use them again

totally fake item they are selling on the webiste, I bought a Asus laptop battery from their website, and got one with black tape covered on the top, after carefully compared it with my original battery, this one is totally a fake one and they are selling at Geniune battery price.

I am still struggling with them via Paypal....

In short, they delivered a battery 5.5 weeks after order placed when the website advertised 1.5 to 3 weeks. The battery delivered was incorrect type, I got no reply from the email address given on their website.

DATE 10/01/2024 Day# 57 I received a reply from the email on the paypal receipt but none from email on their website…They wanted photos of my laptop model, the battery shipped and the battery in my laptop…I sent all this.
DATE 11/01/2024 Day# 58 They replied looking for a photo of battery they shipped, I sent it again…

I have ordered ove the past 2 years about five different MacBook Pro and MacBook air chargers. Two of the MacBook Pro chargers were faulty and would not charge. One was actually cracking away, so you can imagine how dangerous that was. I contacted them and they wanted video proof of the fault. I have not to date received a reply. I will never buy anything from them again. Stay clear, they are a rip off, selling dangerous and cheap products. Pointless pursuing anything with them as they just ignore all the emails.

WARNING!! this is a dropshipping company! The products are shipped from CHINA, same as Aliexpress or Alibaba, as the tracking number shows... even though they claim to be an Irish website. There will be extortionate waiting times. Very dissapointed with the false advertisement. I have emailed them requesting an immediate refund...

I ordered a charger on July 19th. Got a message saying that the charger had a small external default, not affecting functionality. I cancelled the order and took me almost two months to get the money back. Meanwhile the card bank told me that this company has claims from many clients.
I found polite support service, but better avoid this company.

Great review and communication from iebatteriesdepot. I was looking for a newer Macbook charger at a resenable price and nice to look up this company, iebatteriesdepot. Great experience with them and will buy in the future.Thank You.

I ordered a laptop battery on the 6th of May 2023. I was given tracking information from the Netherlands but don't believe it. The part still has not arrived and its the 27th of May. Tracking details still say its in the Netherlands!!!

Not an Irish company, or at least not an Irish company selling products from Ireland. Taking 2 weeks plus for an item I desperately need is not ok.

Bought a charger I was told would work it doesn't even fit my laptop!
Sent numerous emails to change for the correct charger and no reply ! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I cancelled the order within 30mins of placing it. They said they would provide a refund but then nothing. No reply to my emails and no refund. I opened a case with Paypal, and Paypal gave me a refund. I would never deal with them again. Thank god I paid with Paypal, so I had some come back.

Order a battery on 3rd January 2023 and it still has not arrived on 17th February 2023. I've sent 5 emails and received no responses. At this stage, I'm down €45 and don't expect to get the battery.
