El servicio de grabado en tienda es una broma de mal gusto. Me puse en contacto con atención al cliente, tanto online como en la tienda, para presentar una reclamación sobre una joya personalizada adquirida recientemente en una de sus tiendas físicas en el Corte Inglés.

Mi marido compró la pieza como regalo por nuestro aniversario, incluyendo un grabado personalizado. Sin embargo, el resultado final es totalmente ilegible. El grabado es extremadamente superficial y apenas se distingue el texto. Además, considero que el problema no solo radica en la profundidad del grabado, sino también en la tipografía utilizada, que resulta completamente imposible de leer en el tamaño real de la joya.

Durante el proceso de compra en tienda, en ningún momento se informó a mi marido de que esa tipografía podría resultar ilegible una vez grabada en la pieza final. El diseño fue mostrado únicamente en una tablet, ampliado y con una resolución que no corresponde con el resultado real en la joya, lo que generó una expectativa que no se corresponde con el producto entregado.

Considero que, como parte del asesoramiento en tienda, debería advertirse a los clientes cuando una fuente no es adecuada o legible para este tipo de grabados, especialmente tratándose de un producto personalizado y con un importante valor emocional. Tanto en la tienda como por email me dijeron que no había nada que hacer porque ya estaba grabada... No entienden que el problema es que una marca como Pandora no puede vender chapucerías de ese calibre, grabados con fuentes totalmente ilegibles. Una autentica vergüenza.

I liked the charm I received. It’s really nice quality aswell, although the charms are really expensive for what they are - sterling silver the size of one earring costing thirty euro plus is just too expensive in my opinion. Apart from that I really like my charm that I received it’s really shiny and sparkly.

Jewellery is ok, packaging is really tacky and the items were in a plastic bag. The necklace was knotted and I had to go to a jewelers to unknot it as I feared breaking it The price is high for what you get IMO. Overall I tried Pandora as her friends recommended the name but will go back to the jewelers for the service and overall experience. Delivery was good. Overall a meh experience, a 3* mostly because of the delivery and ok product.
