This company is a pure scam all around.
If you don't subscribe to something, then they will lock your account and demand that you provide your credit card number and pay $5 to talk to customer service. I can go on

It’s obvious almost all the women on this site start off normal and say some nice things, then will direct you off the site to what’s app and other apps, they try to build trust and then everyone of them before you ever meet them has a financial emergency and ask for money, some ask for Apple Card’s, gift cards, etc. I noticed a lot are not from the USA but foreign countries. I’ve had to cut contact and block many of them immediately because your on a dating site to date, not financially support people.

Awful company, beware match. Com has several partners, I had the unfortunate luck to use one of their sister companies westcountry singles. The site I pretty much run by "bots".. Who will gradually fleece you of money, with no actual chance of dating anyone, full of fake profiles, THIS COMPANY NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN AND THE DIRECTORS HELD RESPONSIBLE IT'S ACTUALLY FRAUD AND THEFT

Unless you have a paid membership there are no perks whatsoever. Also, the screen is extremely touch sensitive and accidental swiping occurs before you can scroll thru a single profile.

I justcl signed up (new customer) and I was automatically blocked for No reason. I downloaded pictures and I cannot even delete my account. Trying to reach customer care is a freaking joke. Smh I should have never signed up

Tried out Match.com. Entered most of the initial required info. Saw 1 possible "match". Clicked on the browser's back arrow. Immediately I was kicked out of Match.com & when I tried to login again, I received the message "Access to your account has been blocked by Match. If you believe you received this message in error, please contact Customer Care." I contacted Customer Care and received the response:

"We have reviewed your account for a ban appeal and determined that you have violated our Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines.

As a result, your account will remain banned; this decision is final."

No valid reason was given - very unprofessional of them - do not use Match.com!

Match.com is like the Hotel California. You can get in but you can't get out. They're still trying to bill me for a past subscription.

I paid for a 6-month subscription, but lost access after only 3 months and couldn’t log in again. I reached out to customer support, but received no response. Very disappointing experience—I would not recommend it.

I tested match.com out of curiosity, I put in my details, email address ,etc put didn't put up a photo within 2 hours, I got dozens of replies from " interested ladies", totally random computer generated nonsense. They think I'm gonna give my bank details by sending me scam messages everyday.

Match.com is a SCAM...As soon as I paid my subscription my profile was blocked after I reported Fake profiles...I was blocking every other one....Watch out!

Match.com has not once but twice suspended my account without warning or explanation. The first time after appeal it was reinstated. They said they thought I was married and asked me to prove I’m not. The second time my membership appeared to be expired as I could login but not respond to any likes or emails. Since I have been a long term member in good standing it always renewed at the prior rate. I attempted to contact them to give a new credit card but there’s no way to call and “customer service” does not respond. After no response I finally just purchased a new membership at $219 only to have my card charged and access denied. It’s been 10 days of attempts to resolve only to be told my account has been permanently banned. No reason. No recourse. No one to appeal to or even be told why. What a scam!! This used to be a great site but beware… you can be removed at any time. The sad part is the few men I was talking with received an email that they removed me for suspicious activity as I have received such email regarding others in the past.

This is a terrible site. I get all the emails in my Gmail account saying who liked me but they are not showing on Match.com so I cant respond. So whats the point. I had a list of liked you people on the site that disappered overnight. My last visit for sure. 1 star is too much.

I just downloaded the app yesterday. I tried to login today and the blocked me. No explanation of why and I'm not going through the steps of appealing the decision. Plus I feel it is too expensive to use. Considering you have if you just want to see who is out there. And it wouldn't change the age of men that I want to see. So I don't recommend this website to anyone.

I created a profile, but after reading reviews here, I didn’t go as far as parting with any money! Yes, I got bombarded with lots of ‘likes’, but oddly, no one actually sent me a message. Unfortunately, Match does not let me SEE my likes. I would have to pay to see them. That’s like going to a party where all the women have paper bags over their heads. It would make more sense to be able to see ‘likes’ and then if there is someone of interest, pay to contact them. In real life, we see first and then we chat. I suspect that my ‘likes’ are churned out artificially! Two other odd things about Match are, that profiles aren’t dated and if you get a blurred ‘like’ photo, doing a search for that person’s profile, to see their unblurred photo, doesn’t work! Rearrange the letters: MCSA

15 years ago I when on Match.com and after six months met my wife. Back then all profile were real and you could scroll though the entire inventory of users that fit your search criteria. Now the vast majority of profiles are fictitious. Match sends me profiles that do not find any of my search criteria on a daily basis. As a (male) user, you cannot search their pool of female subscribers, and the only way to see more profile is to pay a fee to "boost" your profile. Absolutely fraudulent service. Avoid Match that all costs.

I signed up for their service a few days ago and, although was able to set up an account, every time I viewed a profile was kicked off the site and locked out of my account. After restoring it twice, the third time they responded by stating I had violated their terms and conditions and my account was banned permanently. Not sure how I violated their terms and conditions when I never even got to use their service. My profile was never finished, I never communicated with another member, and only posted one very benign picture.

I didn’t have an issue with the billing. I just purchased a 1 month membership. However I found at least 50% of my likes were bots. I feel dating sites should automatically verify the member. Don’t ask the member to verify themselves but do it mandatory when a person opens an account. Huge waste of money and time.

Every time I try to use match I end up being catfished.I have tried it off and on for 11years. I never should have done it agai. This time I suspected the cafisher right away. It's like they all follow the same script. Once I was sure I have been stringing them along for as long as possible. I started in Jan and it's mid March;.

There is no serious effort to stop fake users or scammers from attempting to connect to valid users. This app is horrible. 90% of the people contacing me just wanted endless texting or sending me messages that were excerpts fom crazy book about relationships.
Dont bother with this site, it is not worth the money you spend on it.

I doubt there are few genuine women looking to meet. Conversations seem all engineered. Certainly not worth even trying out of curiousity, at least not for males!! Avoid
