I had a very disappointing experience with IDO and would not recommend their matchmaking service based on my experience.

Before I paid approximately $5,000, I was given the impression that they had a sufficient pool of existing members who could be matched with me based on my preferences. However, after I paid, the actual service was very different from what I had expected based on those representations.

The number of introductions was very limited, communication and follow-up were inconsistent, and I later became concerned that some potential matches were being sourced externally rather than coming from an established pool of IDO members as I had originally understood.

After more than a year, I still do not believe I received a service that reasonably reflected what was presented to me before payment. I requested a refund, but the issue has not been resolved.

Most importantly, get every representation and promise in writing before making any payment. My experience after paying was very different from what I understood I was purchasing.

Pushy sales by Tomato Ang &Beatrice , Rachel, they keep upselling you to pay thousands of dollars more and pressure you with time limit to make credit card payment on the spot. They refused to refund me via Paypal. Already reported them to Consumer Affairs Victoria and gotten refund. They don't respect client confidentiality and privacy.
