Just simply do not bother… I wish I hadn’t. Honestly hate that I have to give even a 1 star review. I have wanted a waterproof halter for so long, so decided to treat myself to 2 for my boys as they were on a great offer in the Black Friday sale… actually so gutted as I was really looking forward to receiving mine. I completely understand there are delays due to the Canadian postal strike and have been as understanding as possible when sending emails/instagram messages to this company to be left with no reply. I’m sorry but to not even update your customers who spend there hard earned money on your products is disgusting, I couldn’t care less how many emails or messages the owner receives all together, you take your damn time apologising to your PAYING customers. My partner has his own business and he’d never not keep his customers in the loop if something were to go wrong, that’s what good customer service is. This is simply an amazing idea, just in the wrong hands. Shame.

Just got my blue halter from this company. So worth the wait! I totally love it! Perfect fit and beautiful. Chaplin looks amazing in it. It took me 3 mounts to get it. The only thing I can complain about is slow response if you email the company about your order.

I also ordered a halter in October 2024, still haven't arrived, wrote a review on Google, and the supposed owner of the company replied that they shipped my halter, and sent the tracking number to my email, which, no email, no tracking number and still no halter. This company is a scam. Buyer beware!

BUYER BEWARE -- scam company. They take your order send out false shipping information, then tell you that they have delays. Give you a new shipping date -- and guess what -- you still don't get anything. I have been asking for a refund for MONTHS on orders that were placed in AUGUST 2024. Still at the end of the year -- can't get a refund.

This company will absolutely never ship your product, and then will blame it on everything under the sun. I ordered a halter in October, and when it hadn't arrived over a month later I reached out- they claimed it was due to the canada post strike.... that started two full weeks after my order should have arrived. They said it shipped shortly after that, but it's now three weeks later and still no tracking number, while they continue to post that many orders are being delivered in 2-4 days! How is it a Canada post issue if youre still delivering *some* orders?
IF they respond at all, it's to apologize for the strike causing shipping issues. But they won't address the fact that many of the delayed orders are from October and before (again, the strike started mid November). What they will do is have an extremely active social media presence trying to reassure everyone that "it's only certain sizes and colors" and deleting negative experiences. I made sure to take screenshots of mine and others frustrations.

Do Not order.

Des excuses mais jamais un licol en vu !

Collier pour chien de très base qualité. Le premier la quincaillerie qui rouille et le similicuir qui s’écaille après 1 semaine. Le deuxième biothane la quincaillerie qui rouille…

C'est simple.... je n ai tout simplement rien reçu mais surtout on nous prend tout simplement pour des imbéciles..
"Semaine prochaine"
"On revient vers vous"
Et rien...
J ai donc opte pour un remboursement PayPal.

Commande passée le 05 Juillet 2024, jamais envoyée et on refuse de me rembourser. On me mène en bateau sur les délais. On me dit que ma commande est prête que je vais recevoir un numéro de suivi, mais j'attends toujours. Site vraiment pas fiable. Je regrette totalement mon achat qui devait être pour un anniversaire. A fuir absolument !

Har købt 2 Halter grimer igennem dem til hest.
Den ene af dem er jeg 2-3 mdr. om at få leveret.
Den anden er stadig ikke leveret. Bestilte dem i april/2024.

Da min hest er blevet solgt fornyligt bad jeg om at få mine penge retur på mail & instagram. Flere gange må jeg rykke efter svar fra dem. For snart en uge siden skrev de “ at de ville returnere pengene for den grime jeg ikke har modtaget”

Det er ikke fundet sted endnu.
Har skrevet dem adskillige beskeder - hvornår pengene bliver tilbageført - uden respons.

Ja det er lækre produkter men desværre en rigtig dårlig kundeservice.

Om jeg får mine penge refunderet er mig en gåde.. 🤔

Commande passées de 2 licols lors de l'ouverture des précommandes. Reçu plusieurs mois après, le 23 août 2023.

Je me rends compte fin juin que les boucleries s'oxydent sur l'un des licols. Ils ne sont pas laissés au prés, n'y utilise à outrance (1 fois la semaine), et utilise de la même façon.

J'ai contacté le SAV sur leur adresse mail le 20 juin 2024. Aucune réponse de leur part.

J'ai donc laissé un avis sur leur site, stipulant les mêmes informations que dans le mail. Bizarrement, le lendemain (le 26 juin), j'avais un mail d'eux.

Je cite "Bonjour Maelys, nous avons vu votre avis, je voulais vous dire que nos licols sont garantis et que nos métaux seront changés dans le futur.". On me demande de donner mon numéro de commande ce que je fais le jour même. On m'informe qu'un nouveau licol va mettre renvoyé.

Le 10 juillet, je reçois un mail de confirmation de commande. Et depuis, plus rien, la commande n'a pas été envoyé.
Je vois sur leur Instagram, que toutes les commandes en retards seront envoyées en fin de semaine au plus tard. C'était il y a 2 semaines, toujours rien.

J'ai évidemment renvoyé un mail au sav pour en savoir plus, puisque depuis le mois de juin, je ne peux plus utiliser le licol.

Ce n'est même plus un renvoi du licol que je veux, mais un remboursement. J'ai fait la pub de leur licol pendant des mois à mon entourage, et bien plus jamais ! Le deuxième licol commence également à s'oxyder, c'est de pire en pire ...

Au prix des licols, je pensais investir dans de la qualité ...
