I’ve been taking ID Formulas supplement daily for the past 3 months, and it’s genuinely made a noticeable difference in my life. It tastes really nice and you don't need any very easy to mix, unlike other supplements. Having taken it for 12 weeks and then come off it I really feel a massive difference. Energy, sleep, mood and recovery. I can't wait for the release date
