Disappointing service
Edit: To reply to the response below, the window didn’t leak before and now it does. To say it’s not the window is a cop-out and not what I’d expect from such an expensive service. Like I said in my review below, best to go with a company that makes good afterwards.

Unfortunately the service we received has been disappointing. We’re now left with a badly leaking window that has now cracked the wooden sill underneath and the responsibility of sorting it all out ourselves. For the price we paid (which was way more expensive than the company we would have gone with if they had availability) I wouldn’t be expecting to have to cover significant remedial works inside and out.
We’ve talked to them about it and heard excuses, but all that matters to us is that the window didn’t leak before we had the work done and now it does. We’ve also spoken to several other trade people who have independently pointed out issues with the fit.
My advice would be, go with a window company that makes good after they’ve finished and has it written into the contract rather than one that just takes responsibility for the window.

The issue is the roof above the window, the window its self is not leaking in any way and is fitted as per industry guidelines. The lead roof above the bay has significant wear due to its age with a huge split down the middle, and needs totally replacing. The fact that it has started leaking 4 months after we fitted the window is irrelevant, the roof is warn out and at the end of its life, and needs replacement.
Conservatory Roof
From 1st contact to finished job was very easy and professional. The team installing were courteous and respectful. We love our new replacement glass roof fitted by Gary's team. Our conservatory is just how he said it would be, warmer, more usable throughout the year and much quieter in the rain. Thank you.
