I would like to thank you for your honesty, integrity, and patience through the entire process. Shaun Michaels, the representative I dealt with, never dropped the ball once. No matter how trivial or repetitive the questions may have been, he took the time to make sure I understood the answers. By the time I got done talking with him, I felt like I was sitting down with a family member and was a lot better informed than when we started. As far as value, I shopped around quite a bit and the elite plus program I went with is a competitive and good price, hopefully when I need service they can hold up as good as the rest of the process has gone. Thank you

Mr Shaun Michael

Mr. Shaun Michael was a great representative very knowledgeable, friendly easy to talk to. Answered all my questions Concerning my car warranty. He made me feel at ease when I was uncomfortable with a Company out of state. He is very professional at Customer service....Every company should have a excellent representative like Shaun Michael..... thank again looking forward to Having you as my extended car warranty representative.....

Great team

As a young female driver I am always concerned about what I would do if I had car troubles. After speaking to Shawn, my nerves completely went away because I know I won’t be alone if something happens. So thankful for the great costumer service!!!
