Still waiting for my order despite placing it on the 29th of May this year it is now August. Absolutely shocking customer service and no notification about what’s happening with my order.
Complete scam. Placed an order and never received goods. Emailed multiple times and they have not responded. Placed order 4 months ago. Everyone report their instagram for selling fake goods and let’s get them banned
Order made over 3 months ago, no communication, repeatedly emailed them with no response. Appaulling customer service. Goods still not received and a wall of silence from IDA with no refund issued. Do not use this company!!
Ordered on the 12th of march , was given an “apology email” in April saying my order will be “arriving soon “ and was given a discount code which I am not using , haven’t heard anything since despite emailing numerous times , order not fulfilled , I would like a refund if anyone from IDA is seeing this this has been such a poor experience
WORSTE haven’t answered to anything no emails messages …. nothing clearly don’t know how customer service can make a big difference literally ordered on march 29th and still nothing gave me a discount code that I 100% won’t be using either .. AVOID
Ordered 8 weeks ago. Still nothing has been shipped and no response from customer service, yet they’re posting about new product and drops every week on social media. Absolute scam. Avoid.
I ordered on April 30th. On the website it said that all orders would be shipped by end of May. It is now the 8th of June and still haven’t shipped. I’ve written multiple emails to them with yet no answer. Horrible company with no regard for promises or customer service.
Ive Ordered about 5 times since it started in 2023 Multiple times before and sometimes comes really quick but sometimes slow. ive never been scammed before much like most of my friends. i think they just have some issues with scale and amount of orders.
never buy from this seller. I've ordered on april 2nd and we are now may 29th still have no response no shipping no nothing. and I'm emailing daily.

they took money and I got no product or a response to any emails. scam!
I’ve placed an order and paid for the item. 3 months later I’ve still heard nothing from them so I sent an email to the one that is on there website and have heard no response. I find another email on there instagram and send them another email, I get a response and they said I need to pay an additional £50 for it to be sent.
