ICS Pro / ICS Shopping / BMG Global Post — a fraudulent scheme. Three parcels lost.
My loss from dealing with this company is around 1000 euros! All three of my parcels have disappeared.
Facts and dates:
· First parcel shipped on March 4, no movement since March 17 — status "Export Berlin". As of today, May 12, two months of dead silence. Where is it? Unknown. Tracking doesn't work.
· Second parcel stuck without movement since April 13. Almost a month.
· Third parcel also died after arriving in Berlin. They tried to return it to the sender in Spain — but when it became clear no one intended to deliver it, the return was also refused. It was immediately sent back to Berlin, where it died along with the rest.
On April 23, they issued new tracking numbers. They said "tracking will start soon." Today is May 12 — nothing has changed. Then came promises of "last week," now they say "next week." Standard tactic — feeding empty promises.
They hardly respond to emails. When they do — no specifics. Where are the parcels really? A mystery. When will they move? Unknown. Why are hundreds of shipments stuck for months in Berlin? They blame customs. But not a single document, confirmation, or warehouse receipt — nothing.
Meanwhile, parcels sent through another logistics provider via the exact same route arrived long ago. So it's not customs.
The key point: ICS Pro, ICS Shopping, ICS Cargo-In S.L., and BMG Global Post are the same company. Same addresses, same phone numbers, same founder, similar websites. BMG opened a "new branch," collected parcels, collected money — and everything disappeared in Berlin.
They continue accepting new orders and collecting money. Other people confirm: everyone has the same story. Parcels disappear.
Verdict: Don't deal with ICS Pro, ICS Shopping, or BMG Global Post. These are scammers. It's just a money grab, period. No one will deliver anything to you, and no one intends to.
