International CPR Institute Inc (ICPRI.com) is a fantastic value for anyone who wants to learn and be certified on CPR/AED/First Aid - and every two years you can take the course to renew your certification at a reasonable price.

Bonus you can take the course online at your leisure - even if you have to leave in the middle and come back to it. It automatically saves your progress. Your certificate of completion and wallet card are emailed to you once you pass the post-training test.

My only suggestion would be giving a quiz AFTER each section rather than waiting for one big test after going through all the info. It tends to be a lot of information to read at once.
