Llevé a cabo una solicitud con la compañía, la cual no se resolvió. Mi puntuación en de 4 porque Edith se ha puesto en comunicación conmigo para dar solución a la misma, siendo una persona muy profesional y comprometida en su trabajo.

JE N'AI RIEN ACHETER sur icosmetic.club.com CHYPRE.
hors depuis le 1ER JANVIER 2024, j'ai uIn prélèvement de 34€ MENSUEL. Je ne m'en suis aperçue qu'au mois de novembre 2024 ayant de nombreux achats tous les mois sur Tému ,à ce moment là j'ai contactée le site et à ma grande surprise 2 jours plus tard on m'a rembourser 1 MOIS bien que l'on m'est affirmée que le reste des prélèvements INDUS allait suivre j'attends toujours.
J'ai contactée ma banque qui va faire le nécessaire et porter plainte pour fraudes etc..
Après calcul il y a 11mois x34€ de prélevé ILLÉGALEMENT.
Aux personnes qui ont commandé OU pense commander,
Soyez prudent, cette entreprise est MALHONNÊTE.
Ce message est véridique et j'espère que TRUSTPILOT fera ce qu'il faut. ( bien entendu j'ai fait opposition à ma CB)

There had been a problem regarding my membership and order, so after the company has emailed me and asked me to give my review, I’m hoping that will get it sorted. Am happy that they looked into this and are resolving this in full

Appalling customer service, absolute scam, thought I was buying a golf pong game off Facebook, paid, then next I see a subscription coming from my bank to this company which I have no interest in. Not only one payment but 2 came out, received a refund for one but like getting blood put of a stone for the first one, their chat seems to be open 24/7 amd the just give you the same answer...email manager...who is the manager??? Who do I report to, clearly been done a few times. I can't say don't go near them because you don't actually know you have until money comes out of your account and the item you thought you bought has vanished!!!

I have no recollection of signing up with this company didn't realise they had taken over £50 out of my credit card.So tried to spend this on their site but it said unable to deliver to this country although they can take money from here!Tried twic e with Calisus and Bryan to get my money back but no luck. This is a complete scam please be wary of this company

J'ai voulu acheter des ustensiles pour mettre un drap housse sur une couette, soi-disant inventés par un français qui a gagné le concours Lépine avec.
Pas de facture après paiement, envoi d'un mail sans réponse, produit jamais arrivé.
Et j'ai été débité deux fois, alors que je pensais que c'était impossible: 6.75€ puis 27.75€ le lendemain (comme beaucoup de gens apparemment).
Comme dirait Gandalf: "Fuyez pauvres fous!".
