Ice Water Coolers Arvostelua

We recently ordered from Ice Water Coolers and was impressed with their knowledge and advise. Ordering online was incredibly smooth, and the item arrived when expected. The water cooler works well and matched the online description. I would definitely buy from them again, if required. Thanks Alan

I had a great and easy experience with the Watercoolers company. Jo Bint was so helpful and I was very grateful to her for making our first order easy. We were so impressed with the machine and delivery we went on to order another machine.

Would have been zero stars if possible. To fail to deliver to the Isle of Wight (which we as islanders are always tediously explaining IS part of mainland UK for Post and courier delivery) is short sighted and stupid and to take us through the buying process, to take our money and then reject the order when all the elements of a valid contract ( offer, acceptance and consideration paid) already existed is shonky business practice to say the least. You are not a business that any other business or consumer should ( with any common sense) come as near as could not be fended of with a cattle prod.

Unit was delivered when promised, I had the unit plumbed in and dispensing chilled filtered water same day as delivery. So easy. Great product.

Fantastic service from Joanne Bint from the very start. Units have arrived, very easy to install and work well.
Would definatly reccomend!

I recently dealt with Jo Bint, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Jo was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, everything was handled efficiently, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making everything so easy!

Very pleased with the prices of their products and very quick with delivery.
Joanne Bint has been helpful with letting me know the delivery dates and very pleasant to talk to on the phone.
Would highly recommend this company to others

Incredibly communicative, efficient and friendly interaction from point of order through to delivery! Very impressive - special thanks to Joanne Bint!

My experience with Ice Water Coolers was excellent from start to finish. Joanne Bint was incredibly helpful throughout the ordering and dispatch process, keeping me updated every step of the way. Her professionalism, consistency, and willingness to assist made everything straightforward and stress-free. Great customer service and a pleasure to deal with.

Spoke to Jo, she was so helpful. Really gave us great advice.

Bought a water fountain for our gym and the process was quick and simple, arrived in under one week and the team answered all installation questions we had. Would recommend!
