Bought 3 necklaces off here.
Chain broke on 1 the others look fake.
Took 2 weeks to get here.
Emailed them yet no response.

I am trying to get an email back and no one is relying to my emails after spending over $400 on an order . Customer service is non existent and now i fear that I have been scammed.

Hi. I have ordered 2 items 3 weeks ago I first tried to cancel the order with no response. But now I'm thinking I won't receive my items at all. I paid with afterpay and contacted them by email saying i think I been scammed and they told me contact the merchant...who doesn't reply. If ice sees this my orderr number is 16241. Please send me items

I’m still waiting for a email reply I can’t find any contact number. Waiting on my order since December no one responds on there media or emails.

Will not return emails, the bracelets and necklaces are fantastic highly recommend them, but the rings are rubbish. I can buy the same rings on Temu for $2.98 Paid $49.00. They should be locked up for this daylight robbery.

I ordered a chain and it didn't arrive. Sent an email to say and they said to double check so I did. Replied to say it hadn't arrived and haven't heard back. They use to be good but buyer beware!!

I love the jewellery, however the communication is terrible. I purchased a ring approx end of August and it.broke within days. I have made numerous attempts to contact you and no one has ever responded. Disappointing because I would love to give you guys a 5

I have messaged and emailed about my order but have not had a reply. Money has left my account.

Yes have been sent a new watch.
However the communication from Ice I would rate about 3.
It’s a shame as I am sure they can do better.

No communication no response email after email tried contacting nothing rubbish jewellery rubbish store that doss not respond 3 days and rings were tarnishing

Good store... Just a very long delivery time. I order for my girlfriend for her birthday, support assured that the order would be delivered on time, but no, the order came late. Sadly!
