Iceland Air - where is my refund?
Iceland Air - PLEASE can you help me! I booked flights with you via Go to Gate from Manchester to Keflavik on Sat 11 February 2033. Unfortunately after 2 delays, the flights were moved to the afternoon of the next day (well over 5 hours delay so I’m entitled to refund). I requested a refund that night from Go to Gate as we decided not to travel. Since February, Go to Gate have been telling me that You are not processing their refund request so they cannot give me my money back. I am owed just under £2k for these flights which is a lot of money.
I need to find out what is going on! Are Go to Gate telling me lies in that they haven’t requested the refund from you, or are you holding up my refund??
Please can you help me? I really need the money back. I can provide more details re booking references, flight numbers, etc
