The live TV doesn't work and never has. Their support email only works when they take your money. For tech support you have to utilize what's app, which I don't use so I'm out of luck. I will be not renewing...EVER.

Customer service is super fast and helpful

Just signed up a few days ago. No problems and no issues thus far. It did take several hours to get my credentials - which is common with most reseller/providers nowdays. Was up and running in minutes after getting credentials. Content was as advertised and the price is quite reasonable. I will be extending my subscription and would recommend this provider.

UPDATE: Initally signed up for 1 month - all went well. Renewed and paid for 1 year. Support seemed to be non-existent on this renewal. Paid for and account was not updated. Reached out via their social media, email, etc and nothing. Got lucky on getting support on Telegram - account was activated finally. Still did not get my extra month bonus for the advertised 1 year special. Support/ customer is very uneven and unpredictable - will not use them again.

Management did, after a couple of days get in touch with me directly and were very helpful in resolving the issue and I have been enjoying with my family 99% buffer free 4K service since with no problems at all. Adding a few more stars due to service!
