week 0: (5 May 2025)

I ordered ibogaine from ibogaworld.com,
paying $50 extra for expedited (4-7 weeks) delivery.

I had several email exchanges involving payment details and tracking.
I always received replies within 24 hours.

The tracking information said that the package had been shipped
from Tshwame, South Africa, but over the ensuing weeks, there were no further updates.

week 7:

latest delivery date passed

week 8:

I emailed a photo of the tracking page, showing no movement of the package,
and saying that the package should have arrived by now (7 weeks).
I asked if they knew what had happened to my package.
They replied that they agreed that the package was not moving and they'd look into it.

week 9:

contacted them again, to ask what was happening with my order,
and asking for a refund of my expedited delivery fee. no reply

week 10:

contacted them through their contact page.
Got an automated reply acknowledging my contact.
No further reply.

I note that their "Testimonials" page gets a "404: page not found"

week 11:

posted summary of events to Trustpilot.
A couple of hours later, got e-mail from them saying that they'd misplaced my e-mail
(in that case, there's two further e-mails they still haven't found).
They offered to resend my package, which I accepted,
with expected delivery of 3-4 weeks (I originally incorrectly posted here that they told me 2-3 weeks).

I told them that their lack of communication was concerning.

I asked for a refund of my expedited delivery.
They said they'd forward my request to admin.

Next day I got a tracking number.
However they didn't say anything about refunding the expedited delivery fee.
I reminded them of it, but didn't get a reply.
A couple of days later I got a receipt for the refund of the expedited delivery fee. The refund appeared in my bank account that day, but I didn't find out till I received my bank statement 2 weeks later.

week 13:

after 2 weeks, tracking shows my package as not been shipped. This was starting to look like the first shipment. I e-mailed them and I got back from them an image of a tracking page showing it had been shipped. I asked where they were getting their tracking information. They said same place (ie url) as me, but we had different local views. Well OK... maybe. Tracking stayed at not shipped for a couple of days

Then tracking showed the package had arrived in the US and had cleared Customs.

week 14:

package arrived in good condition.

the item was a very find tan powder, not white crystals. Presumably it had been precipitated out,
rather than the usual procedure of recrystallisation. (you can tell the purity of a compound by looking at and gently shaking the crystals. in this case I didn't have crystals, so you assume it's not yet pure). In my early days as an organic chemist I used to extract compounds from trees. Sometimes the isolation of the compound is difficult, as is possible here, in which case the current purity would get a pass.

week 16:

got results from the UNC Street Drug Analysis Lab GCMS test. I'm not allowed to post links here, so look in results for sample 603617

The sample is quite pure with a minor component of ibogamine. With its purity, it should have be supplied as crystals.

Conclusion:

Instead of the expect arrival time of 4-7 weeks, the item arrived in 14 weeks, required multiple reminders to ibogaworld and updating postings here on trustpilot. Thank you trustpilot.

Postscript
Week 17:

The first package arrived (to my surprise). Ibogaworld did everything they said they'd do, except answer e-mails when the item wasn't delivered. There were enough different people replying to my e-mails that it should have been someone's job, to reply to e-mails and to track down the lost package. A friend said that when you're dealing with schedule 1 drugs, once you've paid your money, you just have to sit on your hands. I didn't find that comforting.

I upgraded Ibogaworld from 1 star to 4 stars

It took a while for the package to arrive. But I could track the parcel at all times. And the support is really great. They will guide you around intake of the product ud needed.

Just want to say thank you for all your reviews, it helps a lot with all these scam sites out there.

Got my order, took 2 1/2 Months by regular post.

Communication was excellent and beyond ordinary, they seem to actually care. Trying this week, hope all goes well. Best of luck to you all.

I have ordered here many times since 2014. Probably over 10 orders. I have always received my package. Sometimes faster than others. Sometimes it gets held in customs and it comes with a rip in the package. Other times much quicker and everything in tact. They have always responded every time I contacted them. They seem to package everything to the best of abilities. Trust and have faith. Order at least 2 months before you actually need it.

I have ordered for the 4 time now and very good service but mixed arrival times of there product. At least I found out how is it possible let me explain they use 3 types of shipping post courier and fast courier I have waited 3 moths with the post. with there ems courier I have waited also almost 8 weeks. as for now my last package came in 9 days!!!!.I asked them how is it possible and they told me that the the Ibogaine can be send by very fast courier and the other due to its size the must be send differently which makes sense to me.

I bought Ibogaine from iboga world last week. It was very easy, I contacted them by email, and they answer very quickly to any question you have.
I bought ibogaine last Monday, it was shipped on Wednesday and arrived today (Monday) in London.

I would definitely recommend this company.

Anyone here from the United States. Actually was watching a episode of law and order SVU and they mentioned the medicine to get a junkie off of heroin. I'm here at the beginning stages of information before I buy. I am currently on Suboxone and am at the point of tired of jumping from one drug to the next. If this will get me my life and hundreds of dollars a month back I am trying it. Just want to see if it's illegal to get shipped here.

Listen packages take time. Especially with covid restrictions and delays . Michelle is a doll. Great place and great product. She's as knowledgeable as anyone I've ever know with the subject of iboga /ibogaine /healing from addictions . I'm no stranger to ibogaine . I have done heavy doses of it with other people guiding me who did not know what they were doing so it was a learning process. Iboga world is the only reputable source for legit ibogaine . Even when it comes to micro doses and flood doses to know that this has to be taken the right way with no other medications in your system. Usually 24 hours before a flood . Michelle is one of the youngest to use ibogaine . She is absolutely on her game and she knows her stuff better than anyone .in and out on another level Especially when it comes to the chemistry of the body and brain . Michelle is my angel who made it possible for me to reclaim my life from opioid addiction .... with out her this could of gotten very ugly. So who ever says packages don't come or who ever says otherwise are clearly not speaking the truth or trying there best to dis credit ibogaworld . 5 out of 5 stars . Just know with covide it might take a little bit no longer than 1 1/2 mo ths .. I waited about 50 days . No big issue . I have been recommending this company to many people over the years because they are one of the few which ship to a certain country :)

However, upon checking other reviews on here I no longer feel I can recommend them. Aside from the insane shipping times (up to 9 months?), which they are only partly responsible for, there's one guy here saying he paid them $2k, never got anything for it and they also stopped responding to him. That is totally unacceptable. Also, on iboga forums I have seen some people saying their TA quality has declined or become less reliable.

Years ago when I was dealing with them, they definitely had some people there with heart. I don't know what has happened, maybe they hired some bad apples, or maybe they just got too big to care enough about each person.

Anyway, as a result of my losing confidence in IbogaWorld, I ended up finding a few other vendors that I like better, one of which even has a U.S. distributor, as well as a charitable mission to help Pygmies obtain land titles and pure water. The other vendor I found, FabIboga, taught me about the difference between male and female iboga trees. Male trees are used for addiction interruption purposes while female are used for spiritual ceremony and microdosing. There's also a cousin to iboga called Tabernanthe elliptica which they sell and which is similar to female iboga from what they say. I can't wait to try the elliptica.

It is pretty interesting because Ibogaworld never tells you if they are sending male or female tree root bark. I guess we should assume it is male? Or some mix? Just so weird that they'd literally have this as their entire business without apparently knowing much about it.

Perfect service and shipping took only 20 days (destination Europe).

I had read a lot of negative comment regarding this company. But they are all based on two things the time it took to get here and not responding to emails.
I ordered October 27th I received it December 24th. In between those times I had 43 email conversations with the company each and everyone responded to the next day. I cannot say enough about this company they're offering a miracle I've used it three times before I bought it in Canada in Belleville before it was put on the drug list. The quality is excellent I have nothing but raving reviews for them. As far as the time it takes to get here you have to realize it's coming from a third world country probably on a boat. It's illegal if you get stopped at the border it's returned and they resend it. Whatever the time it takes its waste waiting for the first day of the rest of your life. I ordered for more then 820$ together with shipping via DHL because they said they ship only via DHL from Botswana and it is 62.50$. They guaranteed delivery under two weeks. Ten days after payment my order wasn't shipped and I asked for my tracking number or I'll initiate a chargeback. The response was " regarding your parcel being shipped via DHL, unfortunately there's been some hick ups regarding the Covid situation and the border to your country (EU country) is closed from our side so shipping is delayed and will continue in about two weeks." From which side, Botswana or South Africa? It's a blatant insult to my intelligence that someone can predict that shipping will continue in two weeks if it's up to covid. How do they know how the viruse will act in the future?! They are in the wrong profession then. I asked for a refund and Martijn wrote he will inform admin to give me the refund. I will update as soon as i get any news. They tend to promise things regarding shipping that apparently were never in position to fulfill and that is delivery in under two weeks.
Update: They gave me a refund minus 20$ administrative fee and this happened on sunday. They seem to be legit company after all but with some kind of logistical problems. In my opinion they wait till they have enough orders then ship them all at once. Maybe they are far from shipping hub and it is really expensive for them to ship only one or two orders and if you are lucky and place an order when they are ready to ship you would get your order in couple of weeks. That is just my opinion but in my case I lost 20 dollars (i was aware of that administrative fee), couple of weeks and some nerves. Hope they will resolve their problems with shipping and go on with their business as they apparently did before. I wish them luck. As i said to them, I am ready to order again once they can really guarantee next day shipping and delivery via courier service in the time frame they advertise. They convinced me they are legitimate company. I will wait till they say they can deliver on time and then order.
Update: Ordered again via DHL. It was sent on thursday and arrived to Europe on tuesday. JUST 5 DAYS. I ordered HCL and TA. HCL is potent but TA is AMAZING! Mellow, calm, insightful and blissful experience. 👍👍👍
Ibogaworld is totally legit and thrusthworthy! At least from my experience.

I just received my Iboga micro dosing pills and root bark. Michelle and the team were very helpful, and answered all my questions. I did place the order Oct 30, 2020 and it arrived jan 11, 2021. It certainly took a while, but reading most reviews I expected it to be a while. The packaging was on point and very discrete.

I’ll definitely order again if I feel to need to do Iboga again.

LAST UPDATE: finally came after 14 months. I did not take it yet because I MOVED TO ANOTHER CITY. now i have to go 650 kilometers to take my parcel. Okay its not scam. But more than a year for cargo? this must be a joke. At least u should warn your customers about it. I have another supplier now but after pandemic i will try ibogaworld again. Anyway i changed to 4 stars for now.

dont order!!! u will regret. i ordered 5 months ago still NOTHING came. they usually dont answer e mails. they send my order 1 months late(and in this time they dont answer my emails). and since then im waiting for 4 months. probably it will come in few months but still its scam! because they dont warn me about this. they take money and dont care anymore. its not about corona its THEM!

Shipping has taken a minute at times, but they have never let me down on any order. They scammed me for nearly 2000usd. I bought ibogaine in May 2020 and now, in November I still haven't received it.
accordingto the tracking they sent it by regular mail (even though I paid for DHL shipping) and it got lost. The package hasn't moved anywhere for 2 months. And ibogaworld stopped replying to my emails, and are refusing to send me a new package or reimburse me. I read several other comments from other people that has gotten their ibo "lost in the mail" too and ibogaworld does not reimburse , help find the package or send new. So this is obviously how they do business.

received the package, had ordered in August. It does take time, but always got a response to my emails. Also was provided with tracking number. I still have to try the product, will update once I try it.
