Not Asian but this helps my hangovers immensely

There’s nothing quite like this product on the market. From the experience using with its effective products to its customer service and everything in between - I’ve had a great time using the pills, gels, and even the popular patches! Definitely recommend if you get flushed while drinking, or even if you just want something to help with the effects of drinking like the hangover!

I absolutely LOVE iblush. I recommend it to everybody I know even if they don’t get red because it helps with my hangovers too! My favorite product are the gel packets. I’m hoping they make more flavors in the future! I saw some reviews that said that it didnt work for them, but everybody’s body is different. Like for my sister, her alcohol allergy is more severe than mine so she takes the 2 tablets to prep and she takes a gel after every 2-3 drinks and it works! I would say if you think your redness is more severe, take more than the recommended. It is on the pricier side, but it’s so worth getting saved from the embarrassment of turning red after a few sips of 1 drink. I personally had good experiences with customer service. They would usually respond within 24 hours. I’m based in the US and they’re in Australia so I take that into account.

Just so people understand, my family and I have suffered from the Asian glow since the first sip of babycham I had when I was a kid. My symptoms were always 10 fold everyone else's. The red glow, the itchiness the headaches...but the worst of all my throat would feel like it was closing up. I made a pretty quick decision during uni that I just wouldn't drink anymorem I didn't enjoy it, it made me feel so rough. I tried all the usual remedies. Nothing worked. I saved so much money! It's been 18 or so years since I willingly drank any alcohol. Anyway...

I bought this product without reading reviews or fully understanding what was in the product. I did my due diligence while the product was on its way. Needless to say, I learned a lot more about why we can't break down alcohol. I was skeptical. Definitely an F it moment so I thought I'd try it.

I bought the tester pack to try each one. So far, I've only tried the tablets. I took two as advised 30 minutes before drinking. Nursed my first G&T (first time trying it) for about an hour and to my surprise, no flush, no itchiness, no shortness of breath! Maybe a the tiniest headache after but I felt very merry. Took a chance on a second G&T and I was definitely feeling tipsy. A feeling I've never managed to reach as I would have stopped after a few sips. Lastly and fortunately, there was no hangover!

I'm going to imagine everyone's milage. Definitely worth a try before you commit to anything. I hope this helps and long time severe Asian flush sufferers!

I’ve suffered with redness with alcohol my entire adult life. Early on I thought I was allergic but that was cleared up by my doctor. It’s so bad with me that people stare at my cheeks and ask if I’m okay. With some liquors I actually look like I’m breaking out in hives. I’m not a vain person but after years of watching people’s eyes shifting from my eyes to my cheeks and neck while talking to me and trying to act like they aren’t staring has made me feel like it’s not worth drinking out of my home. I used to wear anti-blush patches from a company that was shut down for making claims that supposedly didn’t sit well with people but they stunk like baby aspirin. And they were a dark peach color so really stood out on the skin especially if you’re of a darker complexion. When I couldn’t find those anymore I found iblush and I wish i had found them sooner!!
First of all THEY WORK. I’m very sensitive to all alcohol- light color, dark, carbonation, smooth, you name it- I’m gonna get red. I’m a social creature and absolutely not ready to be a hermit just yet. These patches, when used correctly, do what they claim to do. They have zero odor and zero negative side effects. So, now I don’t smell like a baby pharmacy walking around and I can drink whatever I want to. I put a patch , which is clear thank goodness, on each upper arm if I’m wearing long sleeves. If I’m wearing something that shows my upper arms then I stick them on my upper ribcage. For me, 30 minutes before my first drink works. However, if I’m eating spicy food, in very warm temperatures or in front of a fireplace I try to put them on an hour before drinking. All of these factors come into play when it comes to the human body and its cardiovascular system. Another thing females need to keep in mind is where you are in your cycle. Do a test run at home just to see what works as far as how much time you need for the patch magic to kick in. If I’m within a week of getting my period I’m more sensitive to alcohol and all its effects including the redness so either don’t drink or add more time for them to work prior to going out. I urge you to test things before giving up on these! Or, before leaving a negative review. The human body is unpredictable and doesn’t always follow an exact science. I’m a seasoned vet when it comes to alcohol flush and these gave my my social life back. Thank you to the team at iblush. Keep up the good work!

Finally a great replacement to the Pepcid x alcohol hack! I'm so glad I found iblush. I get red so fast with just a little alcohol so I usually take the tablets because they're stronger. I also take their gels and put on their patches when I want to feel healthier with a kick of vitamins and antioxidants. Funny story actually..(sorry I know this is long but I hope the makers of iblush sees this and feel proud of what they're making!) there was one time my friend drank too much alcohol and was throwing up all night and I almost had to take her to the hospital.. but she insisted to stay in so I kept feeding her water and just stuck a bunch of iblush patches on her (bc I was desperate) hoping it might help and it actually did! I know you're usually suppose to take these products before drinking... but my friend felt so much better the next day, it was kind of crazy because I've seen her over drink in the past and she's usually still sick the next day... so... thankful for iblush for saving my friend too lol (btw my friend doesn't experience asian glow so this is a testament to Iblush's health properties too!). Thank you for such a helpful product!!

Tablets work great for me! No redness, no hangovers!

Update: after posting a negative review, customer service did finally refund my order. My original review below is still accurate, and I will update again when I finally get to try the product!

Haven't been able to try the product yet because the shipping times are not accurate and customer service is very hard to get ahold of. No phone number, and email responses take days. The customer service reps are trying to be helpful, but they need to hire more!

I ordered on Nov. 15, and I paid extra for 2-5 business day shipping, timed to arrive to my temporary address while I was on vacation. I wanted to give these a try during my trip!

On Nov. 24 (6 business days after ordering), I made my first contact with customer service to let them know the order was delayed and that I was going to a new temporary address for another week. I heard back on Nov. 27, and they said they could try overnight shipping a replacement to my new temporary address and asked for a confirmation.

I next heard back from customer service on DEC 2nd. In the 5 days since I last heard from them, I had already asked for a refund. I suggested refunding shipping as well since iBlush messed up by choosing a shipping carrier that can't fulfill the advertised shipping times. I didn't get the product, so why should I pay anything for it? I also offered that I would be happy with refunding the product cost according to the normal return policy if they still sent me a replacement order to my permanent address.

Finally, on Dec. 5, customer service processed a refund of the SHIPPING COST ONLY, which is less than the product cost; and they put together a new order with an extra free gift. This is sort of nice, but not enough to earn 2 stars.

There's still no delivery estimate for the new order, which was confirmed on Dec. 11.

With any luck, I'll get my 5 day shipping order within a month!

This has not worked. Tried multiple times and very disappointed.

I take two tablets before I drink and sometimes one of the gel things as a top up if I’m having a big night and it works a treat. I it stops me getting red but most importantly for me I don't feel sick at all. Usually my head starts throbbing and my heart is racing even after one or two drinks and it’s not a good time at allllll but when I use iBlush my tolerance is basically endless. It’s expensive when you use as much as I do I guess but still worth it in my opinion! Tbh I’d pay anything to avoid feeling like I usually do after drinking..

It’s been a week. There’s no update from my purchase. Where are they now?

blush patches didn’t work and they signed me up for subscription that charges you every two weeks. headache to deal with but was ultimately resolved. if you need to contact them they dont reply on instagram.

Great product that works

These are an absolute drinking lifesaver! I can't go out drinking with my friends without taking one of these beforehand, otherwise I feel way too average the next day. I'm shocked there is such a noticeable difference when I do and don't take one. If you struggle with feeling a bit average after you have some alcohol, I highly recommend trying these!

The shipping takes between 3 weeks to several months and you need to chase constantly.

Bought the bundle for a wedding, we had a few friends have the patches and tried the gel and it didn’t work

IT WORKS. I’ve been a returning customer since 2024 because iblush has really been the only product that’s worked for my Asian flush (and it’s bad). I’ve tried all the products and the patches work best for me - and the pure wine drops. Sometimes I’ve got to use more patches than indicated but it’s helped so much. The patches do have a bit of a smell but nothing overpowering and I’m totally willing to overlook that for its effectiveness!

Honestly I didn't think there was anything that could help my 'asian' flush because after one drink I would feel horrible and felt so flushed. This was a total game changer for me, definitely helped me to get rid of the redness and the awful feeling when drinking alcohol, and honestly made me comfortable throughout the night. I love that it comes with different formulations (tablets, sticker, gel) because it suits everyone's needs. Customer service was great and prompt!
