Amazing website!!

Food delivered very quickly, quality of products is as good as advertised, and there was a little gift in the box too🙂

Hi mate, we are very sorry to here that. It is all because of the UPS delivery. Now we are moving to a new delivery company, with more responsible drivers. We are more than happy to issue a full refund.

I have not received my order

I have not received my order.
18/1/22 - email received from UPS estimated delivery 19/1/22 between 10:00 - 14:00
21/1/22 - UPS tracing shows label created but parcel has not left their depot.

I appreciate this is not your fault but this is not good enough.

Considering it's Christmas/New Year…

Considering it's Christmas/New Year time, I couldn't believe how prompt the delivery was. Well done to iBaklawa and their carrier. If the product is as good as the service (saving it for Christmas), I will be ordering again.

Not what I ordered

The parcel arrived pretty quickly, but sadly it didn't contain what I had ordered and I am struggling to get it sorted!! I don't know whether I will ever get the correct items

No reply to emails

I wanted to query my order. There was no itemised email receipt nor a paper one in the delivered parcel. I politely emailed twice and received no reply. I am an underwhelmed customer.
