Did a trial subscription for 1 month for the pro account to test drive. I thought access to the advanced model is unlimited but just 5 days before the end of my 1 month subscription access to advanced model stopped there seems to be a cap so I was unable to access latest chatgpt model or claude which impacted my productivity. Contacted customer service answered initially by AI the when a real person answered it wasnt much helpful either. Didnt understand the real issue and concern that was raised and also asked to resubscribe to restore access. Will not be proceeding with further subscription for now.

I use i10x AI every day, and it has made my routine tasks much easier. It helps me with sending emails and messages, and I also use it to create photos and videos for my posts.

One of the best things about the platform is that it is constantly improving. I can see that the team behind it is actively investing in development and adding new features on a regular basis.

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience. I really like this platform and would gladly recommend it to everyone.

"We'll get back to you within 24 hours" is more like 48 to 96 hours.
I asked for a refund in the time frame of a week, they got back to me way later. Refunded me almost the full amount. I am not gonna argue over $12 but a promise of a full refund should be apromise of a full refund. Are $12 worth the bad taste in your ex-customer's mouth ? You decide

A few weeks ago I paid for their unlimited plan. Unfortunately they still have me on the free basic plain, which is very limited. I have written six emails, including a copy of my receipt and still get no reply. Their canned reply is "We'll get back to you within 24 hours" and no one does. They don't have a phone number to call. I want a refund, this is a scam.

Signed up to the 10 USD per month, once the free month is over... no possibility to cancle it.... also no way to ask for refund ... they have billed me now for several months. No customer supprt at all, contacted them already 3 times.... going to reach out to the CEO now via Linkedin, pending connect request.... Update, the CEO has connected me to the support team, they have been helpful and supportive, fixed all issues and offered refund, the platform is good and i want to continue.

I was using one month unlimited option.
At the end of my subcription I went to cancel it.
When I selected cancel my membership. A window opened and asked why. I selected the option that I thought it was too expensive. Then a new window opened and offered 3 months with 50% discount. I selected this and then hours later I was charged 25 dollars for the monthly subscription. In other words fake advertisement. The help center says that they only have discount for 12 months but the window offer certainlly showed up. If someone else is experiencing this please contact me. I plan to file a complaint with the FTC.

Horrible customer service. I signed up for a year and quickly realized it was not as advertised. You can't upload any documents like PDF, docs, markdown. They only accept txt which is useless. I immediately contacted them for a full refund multiple times now. It's been five days and they have yet to respond to my multiple requests. They offer a 7 day money back guarantee which is a big fat lie. They said they would respond within 24 hrs and it has been much longer than that. Don't trust this company. Look elsewhere.

Update: On day 7 after multiple requests for cancellation put in, I finally got a reply on the 7th day. I recieved an immediate refund and was told they were supporting more file types in the future.

AI Models Not as Advertised!
I am a top-rated writer with over 5 years of experience, and this is my honest review.
Frankly, I was excited to get i10x AI and try it with all AI models under one roof. I specifically wanted to use ChatGPT 5, Grok 4, Claude 4, and Gemini 2.4 Pro.
To my disappointment, Gemini 2.5 Pro and Grok never supported file attachments in any format (PDF, Word documents, or text), so I never tried them, which really limited my abilities.
For ChatGPT 5 and Claude 4, I firmly believe they are not the exact models. They resemble older models in terms of the qualities they produce. As I mentioned, I have used these models from their launch to the latest versions available now. What I got from i10x AI is not ChatGPT 5 or Claude 4.

I have requested a full refund immediately, and I am still waiting for their response. I just used the platform for 20-30 minutes and had my conclusion. I will come back when they respond/refund, as their website says "Money back guarantee". We wait, and I will give an update.

UPDATE - Sept 30th: One of their support team members contacted me after seeing the review and asked if I needed a refund. I said yes and asked them to refund to my original payment method. It has been 10 days, and I have never heard from them again!

Dropping this from 3-star to 1-star now.
