Honestly can’t see why anyone would give a negative for this company. The MacBook I ordered was clean and working great as expected. Emailed with a query and got quick, helpful reply from the team too. Would certainly use again.

Ordered via Wowcher, arrived on time, excellent condition and works brilliantly. I had one minor issue and so e-mailed the company who responded promptly and helped me to sort out my query. Great computer and service, very impressed.

Slow, misleading and unprofessional
I ordered a refurbished imac on wowcher through I-Redo and paid for express shipping. It was supposed to be delivered on the 14th January.
After almost a week of waiting I was in contact with wowcher who continually told me it was in transit and to wait 72 hours.
I redo had a phone number that never answered so I couldn't speak to them
Eventually I had a real Reply where they finally contacted I redo and today I received what I can only call an insult.
A package arrived with a refurbished imac with typical wear and tear (which I accepted) but the keyboard and mouse were third party non apple products and they were filthy...
The keyboard and mouse also had no Bluetooth dongle so I had no way of connecting the products .
On top of that.. They sent no wires and now I have to pay to send it back to them.
Disgusting
UPDATE....
almost a year later after receiving a full refund from I-Redo , have I received an email from them asking me to prove and elaborate that this is a real review.

Buyer beware this is the exact same company as IT Trade Services Limited! Same address, same look website. Seems to me they’ve also set up a website as I-Redo.co.uk is something to do with bad reviews as the other company? Mind you these look prett bad too!
