He immediately understood what I needed, and gave me the practical tools and methods which have simply transformed my life. Paul has really helped me to quit smoking. I've tried before without any success and was determined I didn't want to replace one nicotine habit with another (vaping).
The process felt very thorough and well planned, with tasks to complete beforehand to ensure I was prepared and ready to stop.
I’ve stopped, and the best thing is that I don’t feel irritable or as though I’m craving a cigarette.

I asked Paul to visit my convalescing mother after she had a fall as she was having panic attacks during the night. Within a few sessions it was remedied and, as we were so impressed with Paul, asked him to continue visiting as she suffers long-term anxiety. These sessions worked well and mum looked forward to each one. Paul's care, professionalism, treatment and understanding very much contributed to her positive outlook. More effective and long term results due to a combination of CBT techniques and hypnotherapy
It was very useful to work with Paul to overcome a persistent habit I have had that was causing me some pain and frustration. He combines hypnotherapy with other CBT techniques to help you become more mindful of the habit backed up by the hypnosis. We also discussed some of the potential causes of the habit. All of this together I believe made the therapy more effective and permanent vs. previous attempts via hypnosis only. Pauls is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. The fact that he is also a warm, empathetic and humorous person makes this all a very positive experience. I highly recommend him.

came to Paul for assistance with my alcohol consumption as I needed to get it under control and everything else I had tried hadn't worked. I wasn't quite sure what to expect from this kind of therapy, but Paul made everything clear and easy to follow from the first time I spoke to him on the phone to discuss my needs, to the last face to face session I had with him.
For me, the experience I had was like a journey, with Paul as my guide and mentor. He took his time to listen to me, understand where I was at and where I wanted to be. He then used his mixed style of CBT and hypnotherapy to gently and smoothly steer me down the correct path - correcting any inadvertent detours I took along the way.
I approached the sessions with an open mind and the knowledge that I would have to do a good deal of the work. I believe the combination of this along with Paul's amazing expertise and calming influence was the key to my success.
I now feel completely in control of my alcohol intake - in fact I've not had any alcoholic drinks for 5 weeks at the time of writing this and have no desire to do so.
