It's a good learning platform, however there is a bunch of ambiguous questions with unclear answers or questions with wrong andwers in React js where there is said to remove the App.js file.

Well motivating platform for a beginner.
Not push too much and free users also can be benefited by Hyperskill.

I have chosen the learning approach without a fee in order to find out whether the form, style of educating programming topics suites me in general.
I must say yes.
I can recommend the form, the style.
The Java basics are tought well. Also the exercises that follow chapters of theory in order to repeat the topic are designed very well as tasks of different difficulty are provided to get accomplished. Also a link in the excercises back to theory concerned is offered. A few times it appears that theory linked to support the solution doesn't stick to the task. This can be solved by reviewing the theory sections. As it doesn't take too much time I feel this is okay.

Hyperskill has a method for teaching tech subjects more prime in programming languages that gets the practice into your mind.

I am using Hyperskill to learn Kotlin, with both the web version and the Android application.

I especially like "The problem of the day" and the option of being able to review the concepts already seen.

Ok, I am using the platform for a fair amount of time now, and overall I really like the format, exercises and projects. However, there are some disadvantages:

1. Firstly, the order of the topics when learning something is not natural and as it should be!!! For example, I am learning currently the Comparable interface then databases then Comparator interface (does not make much sense since both interfaces are mainly used for the same thing and should be learned after each other).
2. Sometimes, the theory behind the exercises is not discussed in the lecture.
3. And last but not the least, IT IS A REALLY EXPENSIVE PLATFORM! Actually, I believe it is the most expensive one...In my opinion it should not cost more than 20-25$ per month, but it costs 50$!!! Just unbelievable.

The fact that there are exercises and projects in every theory section. I believe you should provide the solution or some hints, cause sometimes exercises are more complicated than theory.

The only course that worked for me. However quite expensive.

Amazing, I've tried lots of things to learn how to code and event took some courses in university and nothing has been as useful or entertaining as Hyperskill. I wish you could use gems to unlock projects, but other than that is is great.

I highly recommend Hyperskill to anyone looking to learn programming or improve their coding skills. It's an excellent platform with comprehensive content, interactive learning experiences, and a supportive community. I have known Hyperskill for a long time and I love solving the multitude of problems every day. I'm not a fan of only being able to do 10 problems a day and no more projects, but I'm still very enthusiastic about the explanations of the programming concepts.

Great app experience to learn a new language. The contents are also well organized, and the challenges are very good.

I really enjoy studying on Hyperskill. Nothing is perfect but it has a nice UI and improving, and variety of courses that makes me greedy to learn new things.

I like everything! Although I am from Russia, I do not see the price of $ 50 as too high. It would be cool if it were cheaper, but how would it be). I really like everything. The only disadvantage I encountered was the payment system, I had to tinker well to pay for the subscription

It's quite well organized. Although, there is zero teaching involved in it; the knowledge map is helpful in knowing about the skill required to tackle the projects. But, a monthly fee of US$ 50 is not worth. I think taking that 50$ somewhere else would be a better option.
