If I could give them no stars I would. They took my. Money and never sent my stuff to me. Nor did they give me my money back...i will NEVER use them again its a SCAM....

My product was never shipped!! Scam! Do NOT buy anything from them. They don't respond to emails either!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! After waiting for weeks for an item I saw on Facebook, with ignored Emails and still don't have my Order, I'm reporting these people to the Better Business Bureau. Don't buy from these people. They take Your Money and don't send You what You Ordered! Never Again!

Took a ridiculously long time to receive my item, which doesn’t even work, They do not offer free returns and do not guarantee a refund even after you use your own money to send the product back. Complete waste of money

ALDRIG køb nogen af deres PRODUKTER!! de siger at pakken er afsendt men har ikke modtaget noget efter to måneder og har skrevet flere beskeder til support og har ingenting hørt fra dem overhovedet. Har prøvet deres track n trace men hverken postnord/GLS/Dao kender til den pakke så er de lyver og de snyder!

Not usually one to write reviews but in this circumstance I feel I have to! This company is a SCAM and they will RIP YOU OFF! Ordered my item weeks ago for it to never arrive, I’ve sent multiple chaser emails and have never received a reply or a refund. They will take your money and not send you your item - DO NOT ORDER FEOM THEM

I never received my order. I made multiple attempts to contact them to either get my item or get a refund and they never reply to emails, Facebook posts or Facebook Messenger messages! What a rip off! Do not buy from them!

Bought some masks back in September of last year, they still haven’t arrived and I’ve sent multiple emails and received no response. $100 down the drain. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I ordered a moon light in November for Christmas and still havnt received it . I have emailed many many times and heard nothing .
Do not buy from this site .

I had been intruiged by the product & have bought 2 mini ipads & paid with my hard earned money & got what was less than i expected! I got 2 mirror with apple logos & now i cant seem to get in contact with the company about a refund. They seem to have magically disappeared a soon as they recieved their funds. To whomever is doing this scam i hope you enjoy that hard earned money.

Order never arrived.
Tried contacting 5 times in different ways with no response.
Item took 6weeks to be “delivered” but isn’t here ?
An absolute joke.
I’m going to see if I can get my money back via the bank.

Ordered mini computer February 18, 2019. Received confirmation of order. February 28, 2019 received email saying item was shipped and link to track package. When I clicked on link it said store was no longer available at that time.

Less than a week later got a call from my credit card company checking on some purchases they were questioning. Turned out to not be purchases I had made but someone else had made using my card number.

Card cancelled and hassle getting mess with ongoing payments etc all straightened out. Fortunately credit Card cancelled all fraudulent charges and financially I'm not out except for cost of mini computer (apx $41) but angry and frustrated about getting burned.

Has any one reported to their state attorney general's fraud dept? Think I will be contacting the one here in Iowa to see if they will follow up. Will also follow up with credit card company on HYGO taking money with no delivery. See if they stand behind their 'purchase guarantee' and I can get my money back for purchase.

Sorry to anyone else that got caught.

I ordered a 7.0 mini computer and received a mirror compact wit the "apple" logo on the back. This is aweful, taking people money and sending them crap

I ordered the pacifier with mesh so juice of fruit comes through. I ordered it 2 months ago and my emails and messages stayed ignored

Rip off. Ordered the mini-PC through a Facebook ad and got an email from "Hygo" stating shipping from China. What I got today in the mail is a pocket mirror shaped like an Apple laptop, a novelty piece of crap worth maybe a buck. Guessing the email from "Hygo" is spoofed. Akalishop.com has disappeared.

In reference to mick archibald‘s post. I too paid for the so called mini PC and 1 month later, I’m still waiting for my product. I can’t contact the company I bought the PC from at all. They initially said the item has been shipped. I hope this is not a scam.

I had seen an add of Facebook for a mini computer, somehow I should have known it was too good to be true. I think that Hygo may have been scammed themselves. After some tracking of my own. I found that the tracking site shows that the shop "is no longer available" The emails that I have sent gets bounced back. and to beat all I paid for expedited shipping! Furthermore, I had paid with my Credit card! I can assume that they would only be able to make the one time withdraw, but its a kick in the pants for sure. I just want to know what are our options. Class action?

It's been a month now since i ordered for a product and they only confirmed for the payment...
The rest of the other times has just been silence..
