I ordered a parcel on November 1st and the money way taken out of my account, it is now November 28th and I have received no parcel, I have emailed Hygo twice and had no reply I am disgusted with this very unhappy customer

No parcel no money
So I have been waiting for an item to arrive for coming up 8 weeks. The payment for this item was taken out on the day of ordering. The tracking info has not been updated for 6 weeks and when I have sent emails (lots of) non of these have been replied too. So I have no parcel, no refund and no explanation. One very stressed and unhappy customer.

Our Roger loves it
Our Roger loves it! He used to chew on all our slippers... Now he can chew on this big tennis ball and also play with it. The ball can handle, it has great quality.
Besides that, my husband loves it, too. He is teaching our Roger how to play soccer :))) I recommend it and the website warmly! They have great products and prices!
