These gloves are not rechargeable at all. They plug in and a small pad on the back of your hand heats up. As soon as you unplug them the heats dissipates. You would be as well putting them on the radiator before putting them on.

Also, the cable sticks out. Absolutely pointless!

Stay away from this company, they advertise fake goods that don't work and they don't care avoid at all costs

Is this even a real company or is it a scam? Is this company even in the UK?

I ordered on 13th December, got an email on 18th saying that my item had been dispatched. 13 days later, the tracking still says 'no shipping info for you yet'. I've had no more updates or emails whatsoever and they don't reply to your emails.

I will be attempting a charge back through my bank as this looks like a scam.

bought 4prs of heated gloves don't do what they say trying to get refund but no answer .this shop should be investigated.

Bought allegedly rechargable gloves,they are not,another chinese ripoff.
This company supplied sub standard goods and do not care about customer service avoid at all times.

Minus one if I could. Products are totally mis described. Try to return them and you get offered 15% back and keep it. But its rubbish.
Don't go thinking you can use your credit card to claim either! Even though the consumer rights act says they have to pay return post they won't, and visa won't do a charge back unless you send it to China.

To add insult to injury, I bought rechargeable gloves on a black Friday deal. Well that was a lie as after black Friday they were 50% cheaper. I had no idea I was buying from China either.

Don't buy from Facebook ads!

As yet still not delivered. No reason given. They say another 10 days which just sounds like a fob off. No helpful communications, no helpful tracking information, just says not yet collected. I am not hopeful of any result other than a credit card charge back at this point. My suggestion is that you don't use them.

Terrible company to deal with, they sent wrong item, ordered heated gloves, they sent normal gloves, tried to get it rectified emailed customer service, they informed that I didn’t order heated gloves and that I could purchase a heated pair at a discounted price. I sent them a copy of the order and have not heard back since, I have emailed once again today, I just want the item that I ordered or a full refund, any decent company will do this. I will never purchase from them again

This company supplies faulty & inferior products and will not honour the 30 day guaranteed refund the advertise!

My order has still not been received in the promised time!!!

I’ve been scammed. Ordered some acne skincare for my son (times three) after seeing it advertised on social media. That was three months ago. I have never heard from them again. No replies to my emails, no product, no new tracking details. Nothing. I didn’t pay through PayPal so cannot claim … I’m so disappointed.

Their products are junk .....the 100% satisfaction is fraud! Do not order from them. I ordered shoes that were valued at 106.99 but they were selling for 46.99. They are very cheaply made...worthless. I wouldn't even donate to Good Will. Ridiculous. Can't return...can't get a refund. I've learned my lesson!

Absolutely scam, don’t even think to buy anything, get you money back right away trough your bank or paypall!!! You will never receive your order, or you will may be few months later like a one dollar thing and they will keep tell you that it was a mistake... Scammers!!

Do not order it’s a scam. I ordered a wool blanket and using the tracking number I received a necklace worth nothing. I can’t get a response from the company nor got a refund. So angry

I wrote a review in November 2019 about my terrible experience and I still have not received any response, I ordered a mug a year ago haha and I'm still bloody waiting for my money back!!!
