We booked an appointment and I was so happy with his work and advice given about my boiler. A genuinely good guy, very efficient and tidy. Following receipt of the quote we were given a detailed explanation of what work was required. Technical advice about the type of radiators prove extremely useful in sourcing two lovely vertical radiators.
We agreed fitting date and receive confirmation a few days before that was still on schedule.

Hydro Heat attended promptly on the day of the installation and fitted to vertical radiators and some other work to the boiler in a neat and tidy fashion. We are delighted with the finish result and with the service provided by Ben and the HydroHeat. Very professional and trustworthy and will certainly use again in The future. Ben was really helpful during his visit. Although we initially booked the standard service of £90, we also brought up the noise our boiler is making, so he offered to stay extra, fully strip down the boiler and clean it. Useful advice was given as well in regards to thermostat changes we have been thinking for a while to do, so we will def reach back to him and the company when we decide to make the change. I think its great to have this service availble they will also provode a reminder when your service is due.
