They offer clean and reliable proxy and also have a good and swift costumer service i really like using their services

There support is just too bad

There support is just too bad, they just ghoasted me for the past 2 weeks now. I keep sending mails almost every 3 days just to get a response, thinking probably they have lots of customers to attend to, but still, no reponse from them.

really poor service and bad support

I've using their static residential proxies for quite a while, and it's really painful experience:
1) Servers are often not working, and they even don't guarantee 1 full-working day
2) Their IP-checker often shows wrong IP, and you need to go back and fourth each 30 minutes, trying to guess your real IP
3) their support is absolutely hopeless - you will not get refund for buggy server. You will not get any real help too
4) They charge 3$ for 1 day of residential ISP proxy. Gladly i've found service that provides it for 1 month for almost same price. I should have done it much earlier.

oh, and on top of that, my servers were slow as a turtle.

ps: i don't need any assistance/reply from HydraProxy. I already moved to another service. I am just sharing my personal experience with them
