i ordered an air compressor from them via amazon,it came fast,it had a small problem,i messaged their support and they replied fast,sent out the replacement part needed and also gave us a choice of tools as a gift as apology,which was really nice of them.Problem resolved and hubby is very happy with both air compressor which is fabulous and quiet and the metal/wood hole cutter.I always give a company a chance to put right and they did.

Excellent product, fantastic value for money and excellent customer support.. Used for cutting through installed planks of engineered oak flooring which needed to be removed and was the perfect tool for the job. Diamond blade was missing but was sent to me as soon as I contacted Hychika. Recommended.

Excellent customer service. Very honest and more than fair when there was an issue with a jigsaw that I bought. The saw itself is powerful and has a helpful laser and certainly more than enough for what I need it for.

Au fil du temps, j’ai constitué une grande partie de mon équipement avec cette marque : visseuses, perceuses, ponceuses, souffleurs et plusieurs autres outils électroportatifs. Tous ont parfaitement répondu à mes attentes pour les travaux de bricolage et d’entretien à la maison.

Les outils sont fiables, faciles à utiliser, bien conçus et offrent un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Malgré une utilisation régulière, je n’ai rencontré aucun problème majeur, ce qui témoigne d’une très bonne durabilité.

J’apprécie également le fait que la marque propose une gamme complète permettant de rester dans le même écosystème d’outils et d’accessoires.

Pour les bricoleurs à la recherche d’outils performants sans devoir investir dans des marques beaucoup plus coûteuses, HYCHIKA est un excellent choix. Je recommande cette marque sans hésitation.

I am very pleased with the Hychika EP013 paint sprayer overall, especially as a beginner who had never used a paint sprayer before.
For context, I am using it to paint the exterior stucco on my house, working in small sections over several days.
I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the instruction booklet is pretty weak. Two major things were not explained clearly. First, the booklet gives very limited information about how to properly use the viscosity funnel cup. I had to go on YouTube to learn about paint viscosity and thinning. Second, the sprayer comes with four different nozzle sizes/colors, but the manual does not clearly explain which nozzle works best for different types of paint jobs or paints.
Thankfully, a few YouTube videos helped fill in the gaps. **also not mentioned ** after mixing paint be sure strain it thru a mesh strainer bag to keep clumps out of the sprayer and prevent nozzle clogs.

That said, for the price, and now that I have used the sprayer several times, I do like the product. It works well and seems like a very good option for beginners.

So I was conned big time into buying this item. I messaged you people some time ago asking about if y'all sell spray guns that work with 50hz because at the time your website showed it was 60hz, you message back and said it it 50hz and even change it on the website. Now I've bought the spray gum because I now have the need for it. I saw on the label that it is 60hz and not 50hz like what you've mentioned and like what was change on the website and still on the website showing 50hz. Now this item won't last me very long because like I've mentioned before in Jamaica we use 50hz and not 60hz. This is false advertisement at the highest level. I even sent a email with this same message and I got no reply.

Da tempo acquisto utensili brushless Hychika e sono sempre stato soddisfatto. Purtroppo negli ultimi acquisti ho dovuto constatare che, probabilmente per risparmio, non sono stati correlati come in passato (in particolare le valigette portautensili che ormai sono soltanto di cartone e le batterie che prima erano due per ogni confezione). Per il funzionamento, tutto bene.
