I had high expectations for the Hyberg…
I had high expectations for the Hyberg Slumber series, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing—especially considering the price.
Right from the product descriptions, there is confusion. For the Hyberg Slumber 300, the medium size is listed as 170 cm in length. However, if you select the Hyberg Slumber 400 in the same size, it is suddenly listed as 160 cm. This inconsistency is unclear and should be communicated much more transparently.
Even more concerning is that my own quilt (Slumber 400 in medium) measures only around 150 cm in reality. That is significantly shorter than advertised and, in practice, too short to function properly. For a quilt in this price range, that is simply not acceptable.
On top of that, customer service has been a poor experience. Hyberg has taken a very long time to respond, and when they do, the tone is not particularly helpful or solution-oriented. It gives the impression of a company that does not take customer concerns seriously.
All in all, I’m left with a quilt that I struggle to see how I can actually use. That’s a shame, because the concept and materials seem promising—but when basic things like accurate specifications and customer service fall short, the whole product suffers.
Conclusion:
A promising concept, but inconsistent specifications and disappointing customer service make it difficult to recommend the Hyberg Slumber series.
