This company sold me a motor without listing the wattage or other critical specs needed to determine compatibility. After receiving the wrong type of motor, I tried to return it. Only then did they claim the sale was “final,” even though that policy was not shown before checkout.

Their own email confirmed the wattage was not listed in the technical specifications. That omission directly caused the incompatibility. A return policy that appears only after purchase is not valid disclosure, and it leaves customers stuck with unusable parts.

Their website now shows a return policy, but it was not visible at the time I ordered. They refused to accept the return, forcing me to escalate the issue through my Apple Card dispute process.

Buyers should be aware that essential information may be missing and return restrictions may not be disclosed until after payment.

The check out process was awesome. No hundred questions.

I experienced great customer service! I was promptly helped with my questions. Delivery was made to my door in very short time, the product was in great shape and the driver kept me updated! I happily recommend this company!

We purchased a condo as a new build. After 10 years the fan motor from my Midea condenser was making a squealing noise. I called my HVAC repairman. He suggested a replacement and gave me a couple places to obtain a new motor.

The places that he recommended did not have the unit in stock and could not find a replacement. I tried other sources, including eBay and Amazon. I order a lot of items to Amazon and they do a great job, but in this case I had the same response, not in stock and not available.

After days of searching, I was about to stop looking.

I came across HVAC SUPPLIES on the Internet and made a phone call. Destiny answered and helped me out and located the motor that I needed. She went out of normal process and over the top to assist me in securing the motor and the arranging of shipping to Hawaii.

I received it in four days and cannot put into words how grateful I am and the appreciation that I have for her assistance and help.

Great price on the board I needed, shipping was a bit high but it was quick.

Just ordered my 3rd unit from them and with this one came a hiccup but thanks to Titus Milan the team manager a resolution was reached and has left me feeling heard and understood.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Return policy is a joke ! Website has false information, Buyer beware-company got my money and rejected my return request.

the delivered package does not match my order.
After 3 emails, no reply yet.

My online order didn’t seem to go through in their system and I had to call in after a week of hearing nothing, then the rep pushed the order through which took another week to receive. It ended up fine but I think their job to to administer the purchase and delivery of a product which didn’t go well.

They lied to me and intentionally sent the wrong parts after they say they had what I wanted in stock

Company customer service is responsive. Product arrived quickly. Price was good.

I ordered two stands for a mini split system. I sent an email about the missing feet from one of the stands.
I received a response and replacement.
My mini split was successfully installed thank you.
