Great customer service!
Andy at Huws Shrewsbury has been super helpful and I subsequently spoke to someone else there to sort a refund (possibly Ian?) who also was very helpful. Will definitely use them again.

I’m a homeowner who was let down by another supplier who’d pushed my delivery date by a week! The branch staff were so friendly and helpful. Andy at Derby ensured that the items were delivered on their next available slot and managed to bring it forward by 4 days from their initial quote! I’m so grateful, the whole team were brilliant and the product’s perfect too

Ordered item online off website snd paid in full. Next day could not purchase this item as it was damaged on yard. They tried other stores same fault, No item similar to replace. Very disappointing as still advertised on website. Staff were not interested just issued refund.
