Servicio y atención geniales.
No es la primera vez que pido y todo genial. En mi primer pedido hubo un problema de envío y, para compensarlo, me regalaron varios botes y complementos de muy buena calidad. En este segundo envío (número de pedido 30155) han incluido más botes de los que había pedido y ha llegado rapidísimo y en genial estado. Súper contento 😚🥰

Problemas al realizar l pedido, aplicar descuentos y demas.
Dos de los productos que compre, no los tenian disponibles. Lo correcto es que en su web aparecieran como agotados. Me ofrecieron sustituirlos, así hice pero todo esto genera retrasos y acabar comprando productos que de inicio no hubiera ccmprado.
Con todo, la experiencia satisfactoria

Lamentablemente, en ese momento estábamos actualizando el sistema de gestión de stock, para que los productos que se están agotando se marquen automáticamente como agotados.

Lamentablemente, no podemos hacer nada respecto al coste del envío. Por eso ofrecemos envío gratuito para pedidos superiores a 69 € :) DHL Express realmente ofrece un servicio de mucha calidad en la entrega de los paquetes, así que de alguna manera podemos justificar su alto coste de envío :D
