Rob provides clear science based explanations as to what your body needs, and then supplements these with practical and realistic suggestions as to how you can incorporate this into everyday eating. He's not unrealistic about how lives work and provides numerous really helpful factsheets advising what can be eaten in the course of 'normal life'.
I've only had a couple of short sessions with Rob via my gym, but in both of these he has given me loads to think about and has already aided me in making a huge change to how I eat - I'm no longer trying to make it through the day on as little as possible in the belief that will be good for me, I'm eating more food, better food, food that my body needs.
Thanks Rob for your input into what I hope will become a new way of eating for me.

Not only am I more likely to live longer my years are going to be filled with health. All because I was lucky enough to meet Rob. Rob inspired me to go on a journey that will never end. Thank you.

I was training hard and knew I needed to work on my nutrition but was avoiding it! I finally decided to go to one of Rob’s sessions at my gym but was kind of hoping he wasn’t going to tell me anything I didn’t already know! How wrong was I! Within a week I had downloaded the Nutracheck app, had a 1:2:1 with Rob and I was off. Rob simplified it and tailored it to my thinking. Calories, carbs, protein and fat. That simple. Stick to the rules, track what you eat (it’s easy btw) and keep training. 15 months later, my body fat has dropped dramatically, my muscle mass has improved, and my weight has dropped. I feel amazing, I’m proud of my strength, and my body for the first time ever!
This is down to Rob’s advise and guidance! It was the final part of my jigsaw. He’s amazingly knowledgeable and supportive and it’s truly changed me.

When i first used husknutrition i went from 125kg to 97kg.
Life took a turn and i went back to my old ways and piled a bit of weight back on... so i went back to what id learnt from Rob and the weight started dropping off again, 15kg down in no time at all, rob saw i was putting the effort in on my social media and jumped back in my corner... offered some extra help/advice and this has put me back on a journey im loving again.

Im fitter than ive ever been, competing im some extremely tough events fitness wise and thanks to my health and fitness im bossing them, my weight is dropping, im looking great and fitting into clothes i couldnt before.
