I ordered 12 arrows and only 6 of 12…

I ordered 12 arrows and only 6 of 12 arrows were in the box which poorly protected the 6 arrows that arrived.

In edit: I sent an email and received the other 6 arrows and a pack of broad heads were added. Thank you.
The packaging arrived pretty beat up again but the arrows seem straight.

Yes, you ordered 12x arrows, but I added only 6x when processing your order.
I apologize for that.
It is totally my fault, but I didn't mean it.

We will send a new package for the 6x missing arrows.
As a compensation, we added 6x arrowheads for free in the package.
Here is the new tracking number. Our local shipping company will scan it in 24 hours.

Bullseyes!

The quality is good, you get what you pay for and more. The prices are better than fair. The consumer service is excellent-- quick and helpful. The warranties are outstanding! My mongol recurve was damaged after using it and they gave me full credit against another, better, recurve. Can't do better than that.

Brian. ...Brian made it great. He caused things to work out so that I could obtain one of the archery bows from Huntingdoor. Then the bowyer and company members working to get the bow to me.

Reliable and affordable!

A great bow with great accessories! The silencers work great, the protective gear is aplenty and good quality, and I've gotten some of the best shots and grouping since I started shooting for Live Action Role Play 5 years ago!
