I ordered a truck and a wheel loader and received the items within the promised delivery time. The reason for giving "only" 4 stars is that their customer service is a bit slow, and so was the order status update.

They are not responding to me somebody reply to my email

Purchased a HUINA 1592 excavator. The Good Points: This comes ready assembled. Supplied with decent 1200 mAh 7.4 volt power cell. Also comes with Manual, well really a flimsy stapled leaflet where you can order accessories. Yes, I read manuals. Bad Points: The actual Caterpillar Tracks themselves on the HUINA 1592 are a TIGHT FIT - a HUINA 1550 and HUINA 1551 are also owned by me, and their respective tracks are easier to remove, clean and refit. Why bother with the intricate cab detail? Reminds me of when I bought a radio control tank from another company. This model tank was very accurately modelled indeed, and could be exhibited at a model exhibition. The other Bad point for this HUINA model and others like it is that there should be spare caterpillar tracks readily orderable. Also, this will be more difficult post brexit for an Irish customer like myself.

First their payment processor wouldn't allow the payment. Then I had to go through PayPal to pay them; to which right after they were paid, PayPal limited activity on the account. Okay no biggie. Claims to receive your products within 3-7 business days with their express shipping. Out of a $3k order I only received the dump truck after waiting more than 7 days. And I still have to wait another week or two before I receive any of packages. Even customs tore open my box because of the hydraulic oil, which they drained and returned empty bottles. I just told Jason from Customer Support refund me what was NEVER shipped. They had placed tracking numbers up with no shipment dates or even being dropped off to carriers. BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM THE FOREIGN COMPANIES THEY DON'T VALUE FOREIGN CUSTOMERS.

I received the Kabolite wheel loader and it was leaking hydraulic fluid before I even had the chance to power it up. After a back and forth conversation with the customer service they wouldn't send me another new model. Just offered to have me send it out to their repair technician. To which I simply asked for a complete refund and was denied by the customer service! I'm currently waiting for the repaired model to return. But it's been well over a month and I feel like I was completely ripped off and have nothing to show for the $1900.00 I already paid in full! Never this brand again and I'm very close to filling a report with the better business bureau for a complete neglect to render services paid for. I'm completely unsatisfied with the product and the customer service that was supposed to help me deal with their problem. I was sold a very broken model and then it was my problem to deal with Huina Construction Toys mess. This is not right!

Part was correct and cam in a timely manner.

So far the toy has performed great. However the case handle arrived broken and I have yet to receive a replacement that was brought up weeks ago when I brought it ti Huinas attention.

At least 6 emails sent asking for direction on an excavator we bought for over $500 that has stopped working. The only response was to contact Tongli as it was a "Tongli" toy, and that took 4 trys.

Huina make great construction toys and their customer service is excellent. After purchasing one of their bulldozers, I had the need to contact Huina over a fault and it was resolved by Rodney to my utmost satisfaction. Happy to recommend Huina and their toys and I look forward to dealing with them again. Five stars plus!

Very happy with my purchase. Arrived on time. No damage. Works as it was advertised. The scale is off in the area of the cab. Disappointed in that regard. I switched cabs with my 1550 and now the 1593 looks much more realistic. The service here is second to none. They take care of you and reply to messages quickly. Will continue to buy here in the future. Brian C.

Ordered on 11th of March . Still no sign of goods ordered. Very disappointed.

Item was broken when it was dropped off at my door . 3rd one I had purchased. Was an act of Congress to get it returned . Had to go through my bank to get it taken care of . Company wouldn’t give me shipping information to return item.

I still don't have the remote control I ordered. Been weeks...
