Total ripoff thieves pushing an emotional product. Purchased and paid for 3 items as Christmas gifts which of course never arrived nor would they reply and email address and business disappeared. Karma is a bit$h I hope it hits them hard.

ZERO stars!!!! Totally a scam. Bought a sweater in Aug, it’s now October. Tried the email and the link both nonexistent. Definitely scammed my debit card. Had to get a new one.

Trustpilot really should allow zero stars for reviews! I ordered 2 hoodies and never received them. Tried contacting them, emails bounced back. Tried the website and it had just vanished. TOTAL SCAM!! I have disputed the transaction with my bank and Hugfold has had the audacity to challenge my claim!! My bank says they have enough evidence to support my claim but have to follow formal procedures with regards to my claim. I'd love to see what these fraudsters come up with to contest my claim.

I also ordered 2 hoodies. They took my money but never received the hoodies. No way to get a hold of them. SCAM!!!

What a scam! Imagine grieving the death of a family member and being scammed because of it. Deplorable. I orderd 5 grief shirts in memory of deceased family member paid for them and received nothing.

Can you give a company no stars? They stole my money and I'm now stuck with nothing. Big time rip-off.

I’m very upset, I also ordered a hoodie and just like everyone else never received it. Money taken big time scam and what funny is that the add for this item is on different websites.

This company is a scam! I placed an order for 3 hoodies on August 1st, and as of August 22nd, I still haven’t received anything. I’ve sent five separate emails to their customer service team with no response at all. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. At this point, I have to assume they took my money with no intention of delivering my order. Very poor service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

Horrendous customer service, doesn't respond auto populated my order from a 5xl to a small he'll a small wouldn't fit my dog... Now their site is gone and so is my order f**kin thieves

Definately a scam. Took my money… confirmed my order and then promptly disappeared. Makes you wonder how or what Facebook does to protect consumers….

I can't message them. I can't find out about my order. Poor customer service and I don't know how to go about getting g a refund

Zero. Ordered in July, email saying my order is being processed, then nothing. I can't even access the website now.
The first time I've been scammed.

If i could I'd give this company no stars. Like the other review I ordered my hoodie waited and waited. Wrote numerous emails with no reply. I ordered my hoodie through Shop on the 13th july. For a company that advocates helping people with mental health they obviously really don't.

If I could give 0 stars thats what they should get. I should've researched a bit more so partially my fault. Ordered, paid and waited for delivery. No tracking updates. Had to constantly go ck on order. Then 1 day it says delivered. It was not, at least not at my house. No picture of delivery, no name of delivery company. Most likely this was a complete sham from the start. Sent emails and 4 days later still no response. The people there are complete crap it seems. Avoid now and forever.
